Claymark Partners was formed in 2018 by Ryan Bessert, Jeremy Piper and Mark Piper. The name Claymark originates from the names of their grandfathers. Clarence Bessert and Mark H. Piper II were very successful real estate developers in the mid 1900's... At Claymark Partners, we raise capital and actively manage funds for the acquisition, improvement and management of strong income-generating real estate properties in the Midwest. The fund idea was created to bring together the benefits of a diversification of real estate investments while reducing some of the barriers to entry of individual real estate investors who are faced with navigating all of the various types of real estate investing on their own.
