Through marketing and management positions with IBM Global Finance, Dell Financial Services, AT&T Capital, and SHL Financial Services, he has developed expertise in structuring large transaction-based and asset-based finance programs.

Karen is a risk and credit analyst with more than 20 years of experience in diverse industrial and financial environments. Career highlights include positions as Structuring Manager at GE Capital Solutions and Senior Credit Analyst at GE's IT Solutions group. Karen has been instrumental in the success of Assetlinx Capital, maintaining credit losses at less than 0.5%. Karen's background includes a BA from Queen's University, an LL.B. from the University of Toronto, and FCI courses from the Canadian Institute of Credit & Financial Management.

Ken is responsible for engaging managed services and cloud providers and helping them succeed by using Contract Capital's approach to funding ICT infrastructure needs. Ken has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing roles with leading technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Bell Canada, and Samsung Electronics.

Peter has a unique 30-year business background, including a mix of sales, operations, and fiduciary skills acquired by progressing to executive roles, mainly in multinational financial services and high-tech companies. He was VP of Sales for several global companies (ATT Capital, Compaq Capital, and Citibank Vendor Finance). At Citibank, he moved from VP of Sales to the CAO role, helping to restructure several acquired companies, and then served 8 years as CFO for their $billion+ asset financing business. More recently, Peter was CFO for a small publicly traded high-tech company and started up a language translation business, which he sold within 3 years. Peter graduated with a BA double major in business/economics from Bishops University, followed by a stint at Deloitte, where he earned his CPA and CA designations.

Robert is a seasoned international financial services executive with over 25 years of senior-level management experience shared between the asset finance sector and corporate turnaround and growth consulting. He spent most of his corporate career with AT&T Capital/Newcourt Credit Group and was Managing Director of the Continental European business, which supported 16 countries and 150 staff with owned and managed assets exceeding $1 billion.
