Benjamin T. Bussard

Mr. Bussard is a NACE Certified Cathodic Protection Specialist (CP4) and NACE Certified Level 2 Coating Inspector with 24 years of responsible charge performing surveys, design, inspection, and quality assurance. He has a proven and successful performance record managing complex projects from planning through execution to completion utilizing a proactive approach of vision, personnel management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Projects have included above ground storage tanks, pipelines (both onshore and offshore), power transmission, water and wastewater, and structural steel coatings.

D. TERRY GREENFIELD

Mr. Greenfield has over 40 years of experience in the protective coatings and corrosion industry providing program and project management, quality assurance, condition assessment and maintenance planning, specification development, failure analysis, expert witness, and training for the Marine, Transportation, Oil & Gas, and other industries. Mr. Greenfield has extensive International experience in both Asia and the Middle East. He is currently serving in a 5-year appointment to Petroleum University of China-Beijing Subject Matter Expert Group for "Overseas Expertise Introduction Project for Discipline Innovation". Mr. Greenfield is the current President of NACE International (2019-2020). He has been an instructor for NACE International since 1997 for the Coating Inspector Program and Corrosion Assessment Programs. Mr. Greenfield was one of the primary authors of the NACE International Offshore Corrosion Assessment Training and Shipboard Corrosion Assessment Training courses as well as the CIP2 Marine course. He is active within NACE International serving on various committees and task groups, including Past Chairman of the CIP Sub-Committee and Past Chairman of STG-04, Coatings and Linings, Protective: Surface Preparation. He has served as the NACE International Delegate to the IMO (International Maritime Organization) and is extensively published.

JAMES B. LEBLEU - EVP

Mr. LeBleu spent his early career as a Professional Engineer for Florida Power & Light Company, performing design work, consulting, and conducting field assessments/surveys. His background in the corrosion industry spans from new construction design/build to coal and natural gas power plant consulting. He has spent several years working in and around the oil and gas industry on pipelines and associated storage tank/delivery systems.

Jeffrey Seal

Mr. Seal is a degreed engineer and NACE Certified Level 3 Coating Inspector with more than 25 years of experience in corrosion control, industrial coatings and linings. He possesses a unique set of qualifications built on an engineering background coupled with ongoing technical training and extensive field experience as a Senior Inspector.

Joe Kadlec

As a Registered Professional Corrosion Engineer and Metallurgical Engineer, and NACE Corrosion Specialist with over 50 years' experience, Mr. Kadlec has supervised and conducted over eight hundred corrosion and cathodic protection projects worldwide. This includes cathodic protection investigations, designs, installations, stray current mitigation, induced AC voltage, failure analysis, and special studies for Natural Gas, Oil, Pipeline, Refining and Petrochemical Companies, Industrial and Institutional Organizations, Power Companies, Engineering Firms, and Federal Agencies. His experience includes petroleum, natural gas, propane, ammonia, water, HTHW, steam and chilled water lines, HVAC power pipelines; fuel, oil, water, waste, and other storage tanks; sewage facilities and lift stations, power generating facilities, hydraulic elevator/hoist cylinders, geothermal earth loop systems, dock and pier structures, communication and electric cables, piles, reinforced concrete and other metallic facilities in underground, marine, fresh water and other environments. Mr. Kadlec's experience with DOD work includes fifteen direct contracts, along with more than one hundred subcontracts with large and small Architect-Engineer firms.

Kyle Greenfield

Mr. Greenfield has worked in the corrosion industry for over 35 years with a strong background in aerospace and defense support equipment and infrastructure. He is a long-standing participating member of both NACE International and SSPC, in addition to other related industry professional and technical associations. Mr. Greenfield has worked nationally and internationally in support of critically important projects including overseas military installations, industrial sites, commercial facilities, and large exhibit aquaria. His entire career has been singularly focused on corrosion and the preservation of clients' physical assets.

LOUIS G. MACDOWELL

Mr. MacDowell has worked in the corrosion industry for over 30 years, spending most of his time working as a Branch Chief and Senior Materials Engineer at Kennedy Space Center's NASA Materials Science Laboratory. He has traveled extensively providing cathodic protection and corrosion consulting for CONSULEX®'s clients; and brings a wealth of corrosion experience to the team.

MATTHEW N. MILLS

Job Titles:
  • Corrosion Specialist / Inspection Manager
Mr. Mills has worked in the corrosion industry for over 20 years, originating in the Northeastern bridge industry. In Florida, he has spent much of his career working in and around the aerospace industry, from inspecting lightning towers at Kennedy Space Center and developing the Patrick Air Force Base IDIQ contract, to developing and implementing Quality Control documents and procedures for new construction at Plant Vogtle (nuclear power plant) in Waynesboro, Georgia. Mr. Mills has extensive knowledge and experience in condition assessments and long-term asset management preservation.
