He has a successful track record of placing senior professionals in small to mid-sized companies and has serviced the Distribution/Wholesale, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Device and Construction industries.
Mark spent the last 7 years with one of Canada's largest privately-owned staffing firms where he managed a team specializing in permanent placements before starting Crown Jewel Recruitment.
Shawna Biensch is an integral part of the CJR team; she ensures that the process is smooth from both the client and candidates' perspective. With a background in graphic design, Shawna helps ensure the online materials are appealing to the reader and tracks all activity during each mandate we work on.
Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to efficiently communicate with candidates and clients is the reason we are successful in maintaining a positive experience during the recruitment process.
