Susan M. McIlwain is the Executive Director of Crossroads Louisiana, Inc. Susan was recruited by Dr Murphy in 2006 to help the company rebuild its residential and day program facilities after the destructive aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. After successfully overseeing the growth of both the residential and day program services, and demonstrating her commitment to the health and well being of those we serve, Susan was promoted to Executive Director in 2010.
