KONG Dun, Senior Engineer (highest-level professional title), vice president and chief engineer of CREC. Mr. Kong began his career in 1987. He served as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of CREC Shanghai Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. from November 2010 to June 2018, and as chief engineer of CREC from June 2018 to April 2021. He has been vice president and chief engineer of CREC since April 2021. Mr. Kong majored in railway engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering, and later obtained a master's degree in architecture and civil engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University.

Mr. Chen Yun, a senior economist, is Chairman of CREC and China Railway Engineering Corporation (CRECG). He began to work in 1983. From April 2007 to March 2017, he served as Deputy CEO of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC), and from September 2017 to June 2019, he served as Executive Director of CCCC. In 2019, he joined CREC. From August to October 2019, he served as President of CREC, and CEO and Director of CRECG. From October 2019 to November 2020, he served as President and Executive Director of CREC, and CEO and Director of CRECG. From November to December 2020, he served as President and Executive Director of CREC and Chairman of CRECG. Since December 2020, he has been Chairman of CREC and CRECG. Mr. Chen graduated from the Department of Harbor Engineering at East China Technical University of Water Resources (today's Hohai University) with a bachelor's degree in engineering, and later obtained an MBA degree at Tsinghua University.

Mr. Xiu Long, a senior engineer, research fellow, and expert entitled to State Council Special Allowance, is Independent Non-executive Director of CREC, Outside Director of China Green Development Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (CGDG), and Chairman of the Architectural Society of China. He began to work in 1984. From January 2007 to December 2017, he served as President of China Architecture Design & Research Group. In 2014, he also served as Chairman of China Construction Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. (CCTC). From January 2018 to July 2020, he served as Chairman of China Construction Technology Co., Ltd. and CCTC. Since 2016, he has served as Chairman of the Architectural Society of China. He has been Outside Director of CGDG since November 2020 and Independent Non-executive Director of CREC since March 2021. Mr. Xiu majored in industrial and civil architecture at the School of Engineering of Harbin Institute of Architectural Engineering, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering, and then obtained a master's degree in structural engineering.

Mr. Zhang Cheng, a senior engineer, is Independent Non-executive Director of CREC and Outside Director of Dongfeng Electric Corporation (DEC). Mr. Zhang began to work in 1975. From January 2006 to March 2010, he served as CEO of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. From March 2010 to April 2015, he served as member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy CEO of China Three Gorges Corporation and CEO and Director of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. From May 2013 to December 2018, he also served as Director of China National Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. From May 2015 to December 2017, he served as Deputy CEO of China Three Gorges Corporation and Vice Chairman of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang has been Outside Director of DEC since June 2020 and Independent Non-executive Director of CREC since March 2021. Mr. Zhang got a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology where he majored in high-voltage electricity technology equipment, and later obtained a doctoral degree in electric engineering at Chongqing University.
