Bob Bartholomew - CEO, President

As President and Chief Executive Officer for Dewpoint, Bob is responsible for the overall strategy and corporate health of the company. He ensures Dewpoint's continued financial success through sound fiscal management and foresight of current technology trends to continue to drive sales and thought leadership. With over 30 years of IT experience, Bob applies his leadership expertise, technical knowledge and client skills gained from supporting both public and private sector clients to this role. A hands-on leader, Bob understands the importance of balancing company culture, a core value of Dewpoint, with company outcomes, is a business manager and growth agent who excels in delivering solutions with measurable impact. He has worked in many capacities throughout his career - application development, technical consulting, technical leadership, account leadership, sales and most recently was the Senior Vice President of Commercial for Dewpoint. Prior to joining Dewpoint, Bob served in key technology and business leadership positions at EDS / HPe. Bob received his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University and enjoys spending time in ice rinks, watching his daughter figure skate or his son play goalie for Ferris State.

Joe Findlater

With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Joe has extensive experience supporting commercial, financial and public sector clients. He is responsible for executing Dewpoint's sales strategies, supporting client relationships, business development and financial performance for major accounts. Prior to joining Dewpoint, Joe spent 23 years with EDS/HP serving in various technical and account leadership roles in North and South America. He received his bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems from Central Michigan University.

Tina Richardson - CFO, SVP

Tina is responsible for overseeing Finance and Business Operations for Dewpoint. She has over 20 years of experience working for the State of Michigan holding a diverse set of roles including: Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy over Facilities and Real Estate and Deputy over Veteran Outreach. During her tenure at the State of Michigan she was responsible for Strategic planning, financial oversight and resource management for all Facility, Real Estate and Design and Construction Services with a combined total budget of $99 million. Tina was also part of the Executive Team participating in the Agency Strategic Plan development, communication, and implementation. She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Davenport University.
