Brooks graduated at the top of his class from Calvert Hall College High School and earned his B.B.A in Economics, Cum Laude from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business. He is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative with Founders Financial Securities, LLC. He holds his Series 7 (General Securities License), Series 66 (The Uniform Combined State Law License), and MD Life, Accident/Health Producer license.
Starting as an intern and now as a proud member of the DHT Team, Brooks' journey began with us in 2015. He works directly with clients to facilitate the data collection, plan construction, and on-going plan maintenance, ensuring that your financial plan/investment needs are met! Brooks works directly with each Partner - individually and collectively - in the planning process to help provide an added layer of support and insight to our experienced planning process.

Jenn joined the DHTFG team in 1996. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she specializes in the insurance and employee benefits division as well as supervises and manages the firm's day to day activities. She has set a foundation of building trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Prior to joining the DHTFG team Jenn worked as an Administrative Assistant to the President of a financial planning and investment advisory firm in Towson, MD, where she obtained her Maryland Life and Health license.
Jenn resides in Middle River with her husband and teen daughter. She enjoys boating along the Chesapeake Bay, spending time with family and serving on her daughter's high school and dance parent boards.
John began his career in financial services at Donohue-Hart & Associates, Ltd. in January, 2006, following a 23-year career in the retail wine industry. He represents the third generation of a family business established by his grandfather -- "The Donohue Agencies" -- in 1939.
John attended Calvert Hall College High School and graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland with a degree in finance. John holds the Series 7 (General Securities) as well as the Series 63 and 65 licenses. He is also a licensed life and health insurance producer, and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Founders Financial Securities, LLC., a Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor.
Since completion of his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in the fall of 2009, John has specialized in comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management. John's goal within the client relationship is to understand each individual's unique financial position before tailoring a plan that will help the client meet both immediate and long-term objectives.
John resides in Hunt Valley, Maryland with his wife, Cecilia, and his daughters, Olivia and Julianna.

Maya has been working in the financial services industry for over 15 years. She began working for DHTFG in 2000 with the financial planners. She earned her Series 7 (General Securities License) by the end of that year. Her primary objective is to provide support to the advisors with their investment accounts and excellent customer service to our clients.
Maya, happily married for 15 years, has been blessed with three children, Christian, Ethan and Abby. Her family is very involved in the sports community and Maya has volunteered for many years as a travel commissioner with the Bel Air Rec council soccer program.
Mike approaches each day eager to apply the experience and knowledge he has gained over more than 25 years in the financial and insurance services industry to support and nurture the dreams and goals of the individuals, families, and businesses he is blessed to serve.
Mike's passion to ensure his clients are receiving best-in-class service and advice has led him to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), as well as designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant(REBC).

After spending a few years at home with her children and reevaluating her career path, Michelle joined the DHTFG team in 2008. A background in the medical field has proven to be an asset while providing front line support in the employee benefits department. Michelle takes pride in providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all of our clients.
In an effort to continually learn more about the insurance industry, Michelle has become a licensed Maryland Life and Health Producer. This further knowledge has allowed her to better educate on a daily basis.
Michelle resides in Bel Air, MD with her husband, Chuck and their two sons, Aiden and Ethan. As a lifelong lover of Maryland sports, Michelle enjoys catching the Terps, Orioles and Ravens games with her family.
Nancy joined the DHTFG team in 1995, working directly with John Donohue Jr. and Gregory Hart as they developed their partnership. She has proudly seen the company grow to now include Michael Thomson and John Donohue III. Today she works with each of the partners on fiscal management, compliance record keeping, and the best possible practices to establish client confidence.
Prior to joining the DHTFG team Nancy worked in administration for a Franklin Square Hospital Medical Records, assistant to the vice president of Maryland National Bank, and assistant to the principal of Perry Hall Christian School. She has provided dedication to her career before and after, her greatest accomplishments, raising four sons with her husband Norman.
Nancy resides in Bel Air with her husband and together they enjoy time with their children's growing families and fellowship in their local church and community.
