Scott is the wealth manager of Doll Capital Advisors, Inc. and is passionate about helping his clients take control of their financial future. He specializes in asset management and providing financial advice regarding pre-retirement and retirement planning. He enjoys the technical side of finance and uses his analytical skills to help his clients and their families every day. In addition to his charismatic personality and willingness to help others, Scott is also a Chartere d Market Technician™, a designation presented only to those who demonstrate mastery of a core body of knowledge of investment risk in portfolio management settings. Being one of the first few hundred to earn the CMT charter makes Scott part of an exclusive community of investment professionals recognized as specialists and value generators around the world, putting him on the leading edge of the ever-changing investment industry. There are only around 1,400 people globally who have been awarded this designation and it is the highest accreditation available in the field of Technical Analysis. Scott attended the College of Charleston (S.C.) on an athletic scholarship for basketball. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1982 and became Series 7 securities-licensed in 1983. He has been practicing for more than 35 years and specializing in the high-net-worth investor segment for the past 25 years. Outside of helping his clients with their financial plans, Scott enjoys hiking, biking, and collecting cars and art. He also enjoys traveling, serving as a member of the Mission San Juan Capistrano, and studying both past and present financial market movement. He is a lifetime member of both the Dana Point Historical Society and the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Charitable Foundation. He is a member of the President's Circle for the Casa Romantica Cultural Center. Scott is a member of the Checkered Flag 200 Club and a supporter of the Petersen Automotive Museum. Scott is a Member of the CMT Association. He is also a member of the Technical Securities Analysts Association of San Francisco and the International Federation of Technical Analysts.
