Fepmot Nigeria Limited is managed by a crop of dedicated and experienced personnel led by Captain Mongor ThankGod Clement as the Managing Director
Captain Mongor ThankGod is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Fepmot Nigeria Limited; he holds a Ship Master's License and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Maritime management from Institute of transport and management studies Lagos.
A versatile personality with wide experience, Capt Mongor has over 30 years work experience in the Marine Industry cutting across various establishment and positions both offshore and onshore.
An astute Seaman / Maritime professional and master onboard various types of marine vessels, Captain Mongor ThankGod has considerable experience in Shipboard and onshore management, Leadership Development and Corporate Governance.
Emmanuel Pappy holds a B.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from university of Port Harcourt, a certified safety manager (CSM) from national institute of safety professionals USA. He has a proven track record of more than twelve years of cognate work experience across the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry as a safety practioner.
He had attended several workshops and trainings within and outside Nigeria which includes RCA (Root Course Analysis Certification) USA, Certified Safety manager's training USA, IIRSM(International Institute of Risk and Safety Management) United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Fepmot Nigeria Limited, he has served in SnepCo Nigeria as HSE Coordinator, West African Ventures Limited as HSE Engineer and Kaztec Engineering as Risk and loss Prevention coordinator and Risk Assessment Manager

Olayinka holds a B.Sc degree in Economics Education from the Lagos State University (LASU), Lagos
Prior to joining Fepmot Nigeria Limited, she had worked in African Petroleum Ltd (Now Forte Oil), Interstate Airline, Prominence Savings & Loans Ltd- Mortgage Bankers, Starightgate School.
A successful Businesswoman with interest in Education, Real Estate and FMCG businesses, she sits on the Board of Alma Laurels Montessori Academy.
She is in charge of Business Development in Fepmot Nigeria Limited.
Rotimi Aina - Chief Commercial Officer
Rotimi Aina is the commercial director of Fepmot Nigeria Limited; he holds a B.Sc degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin (1987) and an MBA in Management (2005) from the University of Calabar.
An ex- Banker of repute over two decades, he had worked in several banks and organizations including Afribank, Comet Finance, Intercontinental Securities, Ecobank, Equitorial Trust Bank, Sterling Bank among others
An astute Banker, Rotimi has considerable experience in Organizational growth, Leadership Development and Corporate Governance.
Prior to joining Fepmot Nigeria Ltd, Rotimi occupied multi-functional positions in the various banks where he worked and functioned variously as Branch Manager, Business Development Manager, Credit Analyst and Investment Advisor.
He has been opportune to sit on the Oil & Gas desk of the bank for many years where he was exposed to various aspects of Oil & Gas businesses in Nigeria and overseas, this included Ship Financing, International Trade, Contract Financing & structuring among others. He sits on the Board of Arbitrage Oil & Gas Limited in an Executive capacity.
He had attended several trainings, workshops and conferences both within and outside Nigeria, including Offshore Technology Conference, Houston, New Orleans Boat Shows
