His meticulous attention to detail ensures seamless yet careful repairs to all computers and laptops. Dany's friendly demeanor will put you at ease as he helps to optimize your digital experience.

Derrick founded FireLogic in 2010 with one goal in mind: to provide Park Ridge and the surrounding Chicago suburbs with superb technology support at an affordable price. Since then, FireLogic has been growing rapidly and currently supports a diverse mix of residential, commercial, nonprofit, and educational clients in Chicagoland and beyond.

Diane Zamecnik

Diane became a part of FireLogic in 2015. More than the friendly face you see when you enter our front door, she runs the billing and dispatch departments, keeping this ship on course. She's the voice on the other end of most of your calls and she's happy to connect you with the right team members to get all of your needs addressed!

Gaurang Patel

Gaurang began working with Firelogic as an IT Helpdesk Technician in 2021. He provides clients both onsite and remote technical support, taking them step by step towards the solution. Gaurang applies his experience to make sure clients are happy with every encounter.

Jacob Balson

Jacob has been a part of the FireLogic team since 2015. Jacob started his FireLogic career as an onsite technician, supporting residential and business clients at their homes and offices. While that's still part of his job, he devotes most of his time now to helping grow the business and running the show behind the scenes as the VP of Operations.
