Abbas starts the day with a double espresso, so you can be sure he'll be wired when it comes to working with our customers! As a business development manager, he draws the biggest satisfaction from maintaining good relationships with clients and colleagues. And when he's not at FreshGround, you might see Abbas out on a run (or even competing in half marathons!)

With a wealth of HR experience, Alun heads up the team. He also manages all our legal and compliance procedures so no day is ever the same. Alun enjoys nurturing and supporting his team to help them reach their potential. He also likes an americano and loves his gin, although not together, of course!

Amy's customer-centric focus and strong communication skills make her a vital asset to our admin team. Amy's passionate at just about everything she does and two of her main passions are regularly going swimming and drinking lattes - just not at the same time!
Anthony likes to get stuck into the website as part of the marketing team. He's always looking for new and innovative ways to engage with our customers. And when he's not behind the keyboard, you'll probably find Anthony with a latte in hand playing tabletop games (but never Monopoly!)
How do you make coffee better? Aurelija likes to add ice cream! A lover of affogato, Aurelija works as part of operations, always striving to hit her goals and support her team. A self confessed cat whisperer and passionate wine enthusiast, she also likes to travel with friends and family (to Italy when possible!)
Bradley is a great communicator and enjoys liaising with customers answering queries and booking appointments. He has strong organisational skills and a great eye for detail. Bradley loves ice cream, especially ice cream with interesting flavours - lemon & basil is his favourite!
Catherine is one of our preventative maintenance engineers, ensuring our client's coffee quality is top notch. She loves an oat flat white and finds great satisfaction in being able to help our customers (as well as giving advice on how to make a great cup of coffee). In her spare time Catherine enjoys taking part in quizzes, with everyone in the team making sure we're on her side due her excellent knowledge and competitive edge!

An expert engineer, Chris takes great pride and satisfaction in his role. He enjoys the interaction with customers and being able to deliver fantastic coffee from our office coffee machines. Chris grew up in Javea, a picturesque coastal town in Valencia, Spain and speaks Spanish.
Claire has helped us to continually improve our processes to make our customers' lives even easier. Her focus and dedication to any task at hand means that she overcomes challenges with ease. Claire has a menagerie of animals from horses and goats to chickens and dogs!
Clive has been with FreshGround for over a decade. A coffee connoisseur, Clive's favourite coffee is Santa Barbara which he has every morning to kick off his day. Clive is somewhat of a perfectionist and he won't rest until the job has been done to the highest of standards.
Craig leads our workshop team to ensure operations run smoothly and safely. It's a critical role not without its challenges. He's our FreshGround joker and keeps us all laughing! At break time, you'll find Craig enjoying an Americano.
Latte loving Dale's main focus at FreshGround is establishing and strengthening relationships with new people. Dale's objective is to improve the experience of our customers' day to day lives by finding the right coffee or water solution for their workplace.
Dan Lyon - Managing Director
Dan steers the ship at FreshGround! A huge believer in employee wellbeing and inspiration, he keeps the team motivated whilst setting the direction for the company moving forward. Once upon a time, Dan was a master of skates and a true roller hockey aficionado.

At the end of the day when she's completed her duties with no tasks outstanding, Danni loves to celebrate with a caramel latte. And when she's not keeping the wheels turning at FreshGround HQ, she's a very keen hockey player, having played at as high a level as the East of England team!

David helps to oversee the day to day running of the business and makes sure we're operating efficiently and effectively. He has a positive attitude and a flexible approach to problem-solving. David has played football since he was 7 and was semi-professional for some time in Hungary.

Dean leads our Client Experience team and brings a positive attitude and can-do approach to challenges. He's highly organised and the team know ALL about his love of an Excel spreadsheet! In his spare time, Dean will be getting dirty mountain biking in the great outdoors.

You don't need to love coffee to work here, and Doyle is proof of that! Self described as "not a hot drinks person", Doyle gets his kicks by making good offices great, with the installation of brand new coffee machines and water dispensers. Outside of work, he absolutely loves spending time outdoors.

Gareth is fuelled almost entirely by Brazilian Santos coffee! He's been with FreshGround for nearly half of his life so there's not much he doesn't know about the business. Teamwork, trust and togetherness are very important to Gareth's work ethos.
Hand Shane a latte and he's in his element! As our Key Account Manager, nothing brightens his day more than seeing satisfied customers and building great relationships with them. And when he takes a break from work, you'll probably find Shane on the tennis court.

James is as passionate about coffee as he is music! You'll usually find him positively buzzing in our high energy office, working within the sales team to help our customer however he can. Whilst his go-to coffee of choice is a latte, James is happy with just about any coffee you can put in his mug.
Jamie is a vital part of our field service team delivering first-class service to our customers out in the field. He'll travel to customers' workplaces and fix any issues quickly and effectively. In Jamie's spare time, he enjoys cooking and makes a mean roast dinner!

Joseph takes great pride in playing a key part in enforcing FreshGround's motto, ‘Delivering happiness by the cup'. He understands all too well how great coffee experiences support productivity and team morale in the office. Ask Joseph about his claims to fame!
Mocha-sipping Jordan is our resident graphics wizard at FreshGround! He loves the creative freedom of sprucing up our website, social media channels and brochures with all things coffee. And when he's not throwing ideas at the wall, he's reminiscing about the days of throwing people to the ground as an international judo champion.
Kimberley is part of our customer service team and happily helps with whatever queries or issues that arise. A bright and positive member of the team, she really enjoys her role at FreshGround. Kimberley will always go the extra mile to provide first-class customer service.

Talented engineer Lyndon finds the most satisfying part of his day is when he leaves a machine cleaner than when he found it. He's not the biggest fan of drinking coffee, but absolutely loves the smell. Lyndon also has a photographic memory, meaning he only needs to be shown something once to remember it!
Only the best will do when it comes to managing our customers' experience with us. Malcolm brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understands our customers' needs well. He volunteers his spare time to the vital work of the Rapid Relief Team charity.
Matt is a huge coffee enthusiast, which means he really knows his way around our machines! The best part of his job? Enjoying a fresh flat white coffee (and looking after our customers, of course). And when he takes a break from work, Matt loves nothing more than playing bass guitar.
Keep calm and carry on is one of Melvyn's favourite quotes. Level headed and logical, there's not much that fazes Melvyn. His priority is always in keeping the customer happy, managing any issues efficiently and on time. Melvyn loves a latte to start the day off well.
Nathan's role as a Researcher is vital to the team and he's always willing to lend a hand to anyone that needs help. He's a serious footie fan and has a phenomenal amount of knowledge of football stadiums and has visited over 100 of them across Europe.
Nick's a vital part of our field service team. His technical skills and knowledge result in quick and efficient installations meaning minimum disruption to our customers. Outside of work, Nick enjoys football and has won an international football tournament in Amsterdam in 2020.
Pat is a highly-skilled engineer who takes great pride in everything he does. His proactive and flexible approach means he's the man to get the job done right and on time. He applies the same dedication in his personal life training hard and competing in triathlons.
Helping the workshop run as smoothly as possible, Peter preps, repairs and sends out coffee machines, all whilst sipping on a cafe creme. He does all he can to give our customers the best experience they expect. And we wouldn't expect anything less, from the man whose father is a two-time world conker champion!
Piotr is one of our longest-serving technicians and has a wealth of experience. His extensive knowledge of our range of coffee machines and water dispensers means any faults are fixed quickly. Piotr is a serious coffee lover and a keen mountain bike enthusiast outside of work.
Richard's mantra is ‘teamwork makes the dream work' and he heads up our marketing team. With years of experience that he brings to the table, it keeps us ahead of the curve. Richard has boundless energy and loads of innovative ideas. Ask him about his satsuma juggling skills!
Overseeing pretty much every part of the business, Russell has a huge amount of knowledge and experience to keep things running smoothly. He's very much a people person so meeting suppliers, clients and interacting with the team is when he really shines. Russell is a DIY enthusiast.
"Hablo un poco de español!" Ryan surprised us all when he revealed he could speak a little bit of Spanish. As one of our planned preventative maintenance engineers, Ryan spends his time on the road providing excellent customer service and ensuring your coffee quality is spot on. And if you're ever making him a drink, he'll have a double macchiato.
Number cruncher, Samantha is a new addition to the FreshGround family. She brings with her a positive attitude and a flexible approach to problem-solving. Samantha enjoys working as part of a team in our busy office. Out of work, Samantha is kept busy with her twins.
Scott joined the FreshGround family straight out of college and has been a vital part of the team for over 20 years. Scott is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our customers that create the ‘wow' effect. His coffee of choice is a simple, well-brewed filter.
Hand Shane a latte and he's in his element! As our Key Account Manager, nothing brightens his day more than seeing satisfied customers and building great relationships with them. And when he takes a break from work, you'll probably find Shane on the tennis court.
Slav has worked with us for over a decade and is part of our field service team. Slav is on hand to fix any technical issues that may arise on our machines. He knows them like the back of his hand so gets things done in a jiffy making him a firm favourite with our customers. Outside of work, you'll find Slav on the golf course.
There's nothing Steve enjoys more than a good challenge and he's always striving for continuous improvement. Steve is a talented and experienced engineer who's been with us for around 15 years. He's detail-oriented and great at multi-tasking. He's a coffee lover at heart and enjoys an Americano.
Team player Tereza takes care of the books here at FreshGround. She's dedicated and conscientious and enjoys interacting with the team and customers. Tereza is a bit of a sports fan and stays active playing various sports in her free time.
Equipped with a smile, boundless enthusiasm, and a delicious mocha, Tyron loves the look of happy customers with their new coffee machines. A pro at travel and excursion, Tyron used to live in Cataluña near the city of Barcelona, which heavily influenced his taste in football.
Zoe's supports the marketing team and keeps everything running smoothly. Her creative flair and eye for detail help to manage multiple campaigns across social media, web and print projects. She's task (and mocha!) driven and, out of work, Zoe is an enthusiastic skater on the ice.
