Growing up as the daughter of an Italian chef who ran the beloved Germano's Restaurant, I was always in awe of my dad. He had this incredible talent for whipping up warm, comforting dishes that brought the biggest smiles to people's faces. I dreamed of becoming a chef like him, but he had other plans for me. He saw the potential in me to run the business side of things, so that's what I did... That's when it hit me. I could still honor my dad's legacy and spread the love for Italian cuisine through my food blog - Germano's. I was like, "Hello? This is the perfect way to keep the flame alive and saucy!" And, let me tell you, starting this journey has been an absolute hoot... On this blog, I pour my heart into sharing our treasured sauce recipes, cooking tips, and sometimes hilarious stories about my family. I promise what you find here is genuine, from the heart, and, of course, downright scrumptious. You'll feel like we're besties, chatting over a plate of steaming pasta!
