Greer Aero, a portfolio company of Peloton Aerospace, represents the combination of three well known and respected aerospace distributors - Greer Industries, J&E Aerospace and Denco Aerospace. In late 2021, these three companies were combined into Greer Aero and focused entirely on the aviation, aerospace and aircraft MRO industries... Greer Industries was founded in 1977 by Robert (Bob) Greer. Over the course of 4 decades, Bob grew the company in both size and stature gaining a reputation as a trusted and dedicated partner to some of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the U.S. Under Bob's guidance, Greer Industries became an important part of the supply chains for the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the C-17 Globemaster and the V-22 Osprey. Greer Industries was purchased by Peloton Aerospace in 2017 to serve as the core distribution capability within the company's portfolio.
