GREENHILLS CENTRE

Greenhills Centre was established in 1965 by Max Hill OAM, a committed member of the Uniting Church and dedicated Rotarian, as a place for retreat, renewal, youth camps, group training and community events. Initially comprised of only two large dormitory buildings (one for girls, one for boys), a small dining ‘hut' and a communal outhouse, the current site has now been expanded exponentially to incorporate a large dining and conference building and extended accommodation blocks. In 1995 a new large dining and conference facility was completed and the accommodation extended... Here are a few facts about us. We are a group camp and conference centre of the Uniting Church located in Canberra's suburb of Stromlo next to the Murrumbidgee River... Greenhills offers comfortable group accommodation for all types of groups, full catering packages, and conference facilities for up to 150.
