Our mission is to build healthy, thriving communities by mobilizing them to develop and implement policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) changes... Our community coalitions are focused on tobacco and obesity prevention, and promoting healthy living. There is an LHCC in all of the state's nine health regions... Our Communications Team provides communities with reliable health information, training, materials, and resources.
