Frank was the Chairman of the CWA Committee to develop the Climbing Wall Instructor certification program 2009-2013. He has served on numerous boards in the Grand Rapids community and has been a leader of the Grand Ledge Climbers Coalition since it's inception. Frank is also certified as a Provider/Instructor for the Climbing Wall Instructors certification. Frank graduated from Northwestern Theological Seminary in 2014 with a Th.D in Biblical Studies and a Ph.D. in Biblical Philology
