For over 25 years, Oscar has built his expertise in construction management and property development. As an experienced project manager, he is dedicated to carrying each project through from design to completion. He is meticulous and a great relationship manager who operates with fairness and persistence to get each job done, and done well.
With over 20 years working in finance, Rose is invaluable in assisting with IPM's day to day accounting and upholding integrity in all of our financial processes. From accounts payable, to forecasting and statutory reporting, Rose is an important touch point throughout every step of the property development cycle.
Steven brings an entrepreneurial spirit to IPM, underpinned by over 15 years working in investment banking and property development. He is passionate about creating beautifully designed and lasting buildings under the IPM banner and is focused on building our pipeline of business and development opportunities into the future.
With over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, commercial and high-end residential developments, Wallace brings a diverse skill-set to IPM. Wallace's valuable construction experience and passion for design allows him to deliver quality projects and assist in creating new, valuable development opportunities.
Will is focused on the delivery of IPM's developments as well as identifying new opportunities. He has a passion for boutique residential and mixed-use buildings. Will brings 13 years' experience in investment banking and property development.
