So, where did Kildare Brewing all begin… Well, back in 2016, when the seeds were planted for the idea to pursue the dream of brewing beer onsite in our own family run pub & create Kildare's 1st ever brewpub based at Lock 13 Brewpub, Sallins. Barry Flanagan wanted to bring back brewing to the Grand Canal Banks. 2017- Present Since its launch in June 2017, Kildare Brewing Company has been producing award winning small batch local beer for its customers near & far. Our Head Brewer Dylan is meticulous in his brewing techniques & specialises in brewing top quality ales & lagers... At Kildare Brewing we let our beer condition naturally. All our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized & without compromise. Our Chapel Lane is no different & it takes 5-6 weeks from the time we brew to tapping at our beer tower for us to release it, allowing everything that was intended to be tasted left in the beer & NOTHING stripped out.
