Elliott Jordan - COO

Elliott moved from a big, wirehouse firm to Larmann Financial to be able to better serve their clients in a more personal manner while still providing the same, unparalleled level of expertise and guidance. He made his home here in the summer of 2023 and has welcomed the transition with open arms and a determined outlook. Clients need to know that their wealth is being thoroughly managed and advised upon in a capacity that is unique to each individual and that is exactly what Elliott delivers. Having worked with people from all stations in life and in different stages of their financial lifecycles, he is able to identify and relate with their needs and assist with pursuing goals that are important to them. Being the youngest of three boys, he has developed the capacity to assert his calculated views while remaining empathetic. Elliott graduated from Miami University's Farmer School of Business in 2010. He currently resides in Downtown Cincinnati and enjoys all the local sports, being active outdoors, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and is a cinephile. Melanie Jacobsen

An integral part of the Larmann Financial team since 2006, Melanie Jacobsen is responsible for managing our corporate client relationships. As the Director of Retirement Plan Services, Melanie serves as the point of contact for both plan sponsors and employees. In addition to researching plan design options and benchmarking reviews, she works closely with plan providers to coordinate financial wellness programs and ongoing education for employees. She enjoys helping plan sponsors create the best strategies for their team and giving employees confidence in their retirement savings. Having been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, Melanie previously worked as a Senior Account Executive at Principal Financial Group. After graduating with a BA in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Public Administration, Melanie earned her FINRA Series 7 - General Securities Representative Exam & FINRA Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam Securities registrations as well as her Life and Health Insurance licenses. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, or reading a good book. Peter Swenty

Peter Swenty, a graduate of The University of Cincinnati, holds a BBA in Finance and began his career in the financial industry in 2005. Joining Larmann Financial in 2018 as a Director of Wealth Management, his personal mission is to provide experience, intellectual capital and dedicated personal service to his clients. Peter has the knowledge, experience and commitment necessary to manage client investments on an ongoing, fully discretionary basis. As an independent financial advisor, he strives to provide objective advice on critical financial matters. He will develop an investment strategy focused clearly on clients' personal objectives -- one that reflects their lifestyle expectations, cash flow needs, risk tolerance and aspirations for the future. Peter helps clients navigate the challenges of today's markets, providing a disciplined plan designed for achieving what's most important to them--the goal of realizing their dreams. Peter also works with business owners providing guidance and intelligent design with regard to financial planning for their family, their business and their employees. He serves as a co-fiduciary with plan sponsors on corporate retirement plans. He provides regulatory support, education and investment advice to both plan sponsors and their employees. Peter is a Registered Representative with Kestra Investment Services, LLC and an Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Advisory Services, LLC. Peter lives in the Anderson Township area of Cincinnati. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, travel, gourmet cooking and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Rob Idol

After nearly 20-years with big bank firms, Robert Idol moved his practice to Larmann Financial in late 2021. "It was important to me that I join a firm that truly provides independent, fiduciary financial planning advice without pushing bank products or propriety funds." Growing up in Boone County, Rob was quick-witted, competitive and active, especially when it came to sports. He wasn't the biggest or fastest kid out there, but he was likely the most determined and committed. Rob Idol grew up in a hurry. Circumstances obliged him to be a serious adolescent, one who figured out early the school of street smarts, the value of hard work and the rewards for remaining curious. In 2002 he graduated from The University of Kentucky with a degree in Economics. Today, Rob's career is devoted to "helping really good people navigate all financial stages of their lives." As a partner with Larmann Financial, Rob brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm. Taking a comprehensive approach, Rob listens to each individual, tailoring a unique, customized approach to meet their needs. Fostering deep relationships is important to Rob. During this time, Rob is able to think critically while helping his clients preserve and steward their wealth. Rob and his wife live in the Park Hills area of Northern Kentucky with their quirky and entertaining German Shepherd. Thomas Nickol

With over 35 years of industry experience, Tom Nickol specializes in marketing and servicing employee benefit programs. From 401(k) and 403(b) strategies to health and disability plans, Tom connects business owners with the right solutions for their unique infrastructures. Throughout his career, he has enabled firms of all sizes to implement benefit programs that strengthen their culture and empower employees to build confidence in their future. From providing thoughtful plan design to delivering valuable participant education, Tom partners with employers to design, implement, and maintain world-class benefit plans across a spectrum of services. A graduate of Indiana University, Tom is a Chartered Financial Consultant®(ChFC®) and also holds his FINRA Series 6 - Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Exam & FINRA Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam Securities licenses. Tricia Roth - Treasurer

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati, Tricia Roth has been a key member of Larmann Financial for over 30 years. Tricia oversees the day-to-day tasks involved with a family business, human resources and licensing, thus allowing Matt and the other team members to concentrate on building client relationships. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending times with her family. When she is not with her family, she volunteers at her church and other local organizations. On any given day, you can usually find her in the kitchen trying a new recipe. Tricia loves a challenge.
