- Director of Technical Services of LEAP
Brandon is the Director of Technical Services of LEAP. Working at LEAP since 2006, he enjoys helping new and existing clients reach their true potential when it comes to making their technology more efficient and profitable. Though Brandon dreamed of being a neurosurgeon growing up, lucky for you, he opted into diagnosing and treating IT systems and managing LEAP's technical teams. When he's not at LEAP or with clients, you can find Brandon spending time with family, playing golf and watching his son play soccer. Brandon is also the secretary of Charge-ECI and a board member for the Delaware County Futbol Club.
Carolyn Thomas has a long history with LEAP as she has helped the company evolve from a machine-based operation to Indiana's industry leading tech company. She holds the CFO position and helps guide the team in fiscal security. Carolyn understands the importance of being able to adapt in the marketplace. She is also an advocate of helping advance women in technology by developing internships and leadership opportunities. In her free time, Carolyn loves spending time with her dogs (which you can often find accompanying her to the office), painting, sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Gary is LEAP's partner and president. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills, witty humor, and ability to connect people. Being at LEAP since 1995, he has seen it all. He's not one to back down from a challenge and really enjoys helping clients when they need it the most. He loves seeing clients reach new successes and is the first in line to rally around clients when they knock it out of the park. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their dogs and volunteering as a board member for the Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County. He has competed in many Ironman Competitions and his dream is to one day compete in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
As the COO of LEAP, Michael is known by his clients as a 'behind-the-scenes' genius. He always listens first, is incredibly patient and is always helpful when it comes to solving challenges and seeing opportunities. Prior to joining LEAP in 2014, he worked for a Fortune 200 firm for over a decade where he was responsible for a nationwide team dedicated to consulting large organizations on how to use technology and insights to improve business results. He also co-founded an early stage drug development firm in 2009 that focused on developing ‘smart' therapies for the treatment of severe bone disorders. As a child, he dreamed of being a professional baseball player. Today, you can find him spending time with his family doing various outdoor activities, coaching soccer, basketball and girls lacrosse and being on the Girls Basketball Fishers/HSE Board of Directors.
As Client Success Manager, Mike oversees client partnerships with LEAP through their lifetime. He listens to the goals of our partners and helps LEAP align our goals with their goals to help our clients be more successful with technology. Mike also manages the field service team and major client projects to help clients with the onboarding process.
At LEAP, Mike enjoys working with an amazing team of people who are all focused on the same goal. In his free time, Mike enjoys hanging out with his kids and collecting vinyl records.

- Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Patrycja develops marketing strategies and builds/maintains client relationships. One of Patrycja's favorite parts about working at LEAP is planning events and watching everyone's creative ideas come together. Being at LEAP since 2012, she has watched our clients' network and exchange ideas at many of our annual events. She loves how LEAP can bring these unique opportunities to clients. Outside of LEAP, you can catch Patrycja being adventurous as she spends time with her family, travels and enjoys the different things the community has to offer. She is also an active member of the Polish Cultural Society of Indiana where she has served as Vice-President for several terms and is a member of the HSE/Fishers Girls Lacrosse Board.

- Customer Service Team Leader of LEAP
As the Customer Service Team Leader of LEAP, Vickie is usually the first in line to assist clients with their technology and print needs. Around the office, she is known as a Jane-of-all-trades because you'll often find her helping the team with various tasks such as inventory, ordering, invoicing and receivables. Vickie has been with LEAP since 2010 and loves the constant change and unique challenges that come across her desk. On the weekends, you'll find her spending time with her family and her dogs.
