Bio Andrew Levine is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Levine Law Center. Andrew focuses his practice on high-stakes family law disputes and personal injury cases. Since 2020, Andrew has been selected for Super Lawyers' Rising Stars, an honor bestowed on more than 2.5 percent of all attorneys in the state. He has also been selected by Expertise.com as one of the Top-20 car accident lawyers in Portland, and is included in Elite Lawyer's top family lawyers in the state. Andrew takes a compassionate, no-nonsense and results-oriented approach to his cases. A big-picture thinker, Andrew views cases holistically in terms of what makes the most sense for families during difficult times, while also strongly advocating for his client's goals. Andrew has significant court experience in the tri-county area, having litigated multi-day trials before many of the judges on a variety of issues including custody, property division, immediate danger motions, and restraining orders. A champion of his community, a portion of Andrew's family law clients work with him on a sliding scale or reduced fee basis. Andrew also devotes a portion of his practice to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He has recovered $1M+ for clients who have sustained injuries from car accidents or slip and falls. Andrew graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and dogs and traveling.

Bio Anthony Stuart joined the Levine Law Center team in 2019 and is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Florida (presently inactive). He started his legal career in Florida and first started practicing family law alongside a complex business and family immigration law practice. After moving to Oregon in 2015, Anthony established a new law practice dedicated to working with small to medium-sized enterprises on regulatory matters, governmental affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Anthony approaches family law and the often difficult task of untangling parties' financial matters with a goal of providing clarity through the fog and confidence to every client in achieving the best settlement, or if a judge must decide, ensuring the best judgment possible. Anthony speaks Spanish fluently, intermediate Portuguese and he regularly works with professional translators of many languages to ensure every client has the access to justice they deserve.
