Brent Hoff

Brent obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He recently retired after 38 years of combined service to Texas Instruments Defense Systems & Electronics Group and Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. He is engaged to be married to his high school sweetheart, Cheryl, in May 2019. They are planning to spend summers in northern Wisconsin and winters in north Texas and enjoy gardening, river kayaking, crafts, and woodworking.

Clyde W. Wyatt, III

Clyde serves in the role of Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction for Longhorn Wealth Management Group on behalf of our Broker Dealer, Securities America, Inc. He is also the Continuity Partner for our firm, assuring that if anything were to happened to John F. Donovan, Clyde would step in to continue to provide outstanding service and counsel to our clients going forward. As an Independent financial planner, Clyde has over 31 years experience delivering financial services to individuals,business owners and key executives. As Managing Director of Navigation Financial Group, Wyatt combines his financial expertise with a natural ability to explain and articulate complex concepts to help his clients make well-informed decisions and to find meaningful financial solutions. By listening to a client's concerns and objectives, Clyde helps define goals and develop a comprehensive plan that takes into consideration their unique needs, time frames and risk tolerance. He believes in a long-term relationship approach and a collaborative effort with other professionals such as attorneys and CPAs, to help clients seek financial freedom and independence. Clyde has complemented his experience in the industry by obtaining the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, as well as the Certified Fund Specialist designation through the Institute of Business and Finance in La Jolla, CA. Based on assets under management, Clyde has been recognized as being in the top five percent of advisors with Securities America Advisors, out of approximately 1,800 representatives. Balancing work with time spent with his family, Clyde is also an active member of his community. He is a past president of the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Dallas County Election Board and the Dallas 2012 Olympic Committee. Clyde is also a deacon in his Church and when time allows, enjoys both golf and hunting.

Dannie Cummings

Born in the hill country of Fredericksburg, Texas, Dannie obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree in 1969 from Texas A&M University in College Station. He then spent two years in the US Army and served in Vietnam with the 2D Battalion (Airmobile), 502D Infantry, 1st Brigade, 101st Airborne Division. Dannie met and married his wife Lea while living in Overland Park, Kansas, and they returned to the Dallas area together in 1986. He became part owner of a small engineering company, Cummings & Pewitt, Inc., located in Richardson and retired from it in 2013. He and Lea attend the Waterview Church of Christ in Richardson, live in far North Dallas, enjoy reading, photography, road trips, and snow skiing.

Gabby Griffin

Gabby is our Executive Assistant and Receptionist at Longhorn Wealth Management Group, where she is responsible for maintaining the President's calendar, scheduling client and vendor meetings, editing client and Board meeting... Gabby is the Client Services Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Longhorn Wealth Management Group, where she is responsible for preparing and processing all new business applications as well as providing full service on all existing client accounts/contracts. She also manages all of the applicable compliance requirements associated with both of these areas of our client servicing. Gabby is also responsible for maintaining the President's calendar, scheduling client and vendor meetings, editing client and Board meeting minutes, and maintaining our CRM database. She also manages all of our social media content, postings, and communications, as well as coordinating the processing for our Client Education and Appreciation Events. Gabby moved to Texas from New York almost 20 years ago, and since then she has spent several years working in the Wealth Management industry with a customer service and advisor support focus. In addition to her service and operational experience in wealth management, Gabby has been exposed to several years of financial solutions knowledge and training, and she is fluent in Spanish to boot! In Gabby's personal life, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and four children, two of which are twins. She also loves the outdoors, working out, listening to podcasts, and enjoying new adventures with friends.

She is a graduate of of Bishop Lynch High School here in Dallas, and has attended both The... Hollyn serves as an Administrative Assistant for our firm, working on a part-time basis as she continues to purse her college education. She is a graduate of of Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas, and has attended both The University of North Texas in Denton and Collin College in Plano for the past three years. Hollyn is the oldest child of John and Leasa Donovan and lives in Plano. Hollyn has a passion for the causes of mental health care services and rights in America, anti-bullying and fighting the ongoing societal stigmas continuing to be placed upon those in our country who have and do fight personal mental health battles every day. She also welcomes the opportunity to speak publicly on these issues at both educational and support events. In addition, Hollyn is an animal lover and animal shelter advocate and volunteer.

Joe McCullough

Joe graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with a BBA in Accounting. Upon graduation, Joe obtained his CPA designation and joined the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. After 3 years there, Joe made a career change and spent the next 27 years as a Texas High School Educator and Basketball Coach. He recently retired from education after serving the past 11 years in the Allen Independent School District as a Business Department Teacher and the Head Men's Basketball Coach. Prior to his retirement, Joe founded the Allen High School Financial Literacy Center and served as the Financial Literacy Advisor. Joe and his students created and presented financial literacy lessons to over 8,000 students from 2021-2023. It was during this experience that Joe realized he had a passion for providing financial advice, so upon his retirement in 2023, Joe obtained his Series 7, 63, and 65 Securities Registrations to pursue a career as a professional Advisor. Joe joined Longhorn Wealth in January 2024. Joe has been married to his wife, Kathryn (also a Texas Ex) since 1995. They have two adult children, Mike and Charlie, both of whom work in the engineering field. Joe is a member of the Texas Exes, the Texas Retired Teachers Association, and the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches. Joe and Kathryn are active members of St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish in McKinney. They are avid Texas Longhorn sports fans and many of their weekends are centered around Texas Football and Basketball. When not attending UT events, Joe enjoys spending time working on the family ranch located in Grayson County.

John graduated from The University of Texas at Austin Business Honors Program with a BBA in Finance in 1984. He immediately entered the financial services industry (initially in commercial banking) and has remained in the financial services business ever since. In 1991, John made the transition from banker to financial advisor and began building his own private practice, originally affiliated with The MONY Group. In 2002, John affiliated his practice with Lincoln Financial Advisors, and earned his CFP certification and CRPC designation during his 12 years there. In 2014, John created his own firm, Longhorn Wealth Management Group, and affiliated the firm with Securities America Inc. as the chosen Broker/Dealer partner to support his long-range growth plans for the firm. In his more than 30 years in practice, John has earned The Million Dollar Round Table recognition within his industry and won numerous Broker/Dealer awards for outstanding performance and client service. John has also been an instructor with Brookhaven College's Workforce & Continuing Education Department, teaching financial planning and retirement planning courses there from 1994-2010. More recently, John has been a guest lecturer at The University of Texas at Dallas Jindahl School of Management. John holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ certification and the CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELORâ„¢ designation as well as Series 7, 63 & 65 Securities Registrations and the General Lines Agent (Life, Accident & Health) Insurance License. They live in Plano and are members of Prince of Peace Catholic Community located there, as well as being active in various civic and charitable organizations. John's most passionate and longstanding charitable endeavor has been his service to the Texas Exes Dallas Chapter, where he originally served on the Board from 1985-1991 and again served on the Board from 2010-2018. In 2010, John also helped co-found The Legacy Group of the Texas Exes Dallas Chapter, an part of the Dallas Chapter geared to engage UT alumni who graduated 20+ years ago to bring their time, talents and treasures to the Texas Exes. John continues to serve as the Vice Chair of the Legacy Group. In 2022, John was appointed to the Collin County LifePath Systems Board, helping lead that organization which serves individuals and families impacted by behavioral health and/or intellectual or developmental challenges, resulting in a stronger and healthier Collin County community. Kristina Cramb

Kristina joined our firm in March 2020 as our Planning & Solutions Coordinator. She is a native of North Texas and is a graduate from Baylor University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Kristina also holds Master of Science and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of North Texas. Kristina spent several years working in municipality administration and in small business consulting before transitioning over to the Wealth Management industry in 2017 where she has been focused on administration and operations roles. She is responsible for all of our client and prospect solutions research and analysis, our financial planning process, and meeting preparations and presentations. For recreation, Kristina enjoys spending leisure time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling and has visited many different countries throughout her adventures. She spent a summer studying at Oxford and has previously cruised around the Mediterranean and Middle East.

Leasa Hawkins Donovan

Leasa was born and raised in Texas, and is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has had a career which has entailed roles as retail manager, flight attendant and administrative assistant, but has also provided significant volunteer service and leadership in numerous charitable and service groups in the Dallas and Collin County areas, such as the Junior League of Dallas. She has served on the Board of the KJ Dance Boosters and is currently serving on the Board of the National Charity League Preston Bluebonnet Chapter. In addition to her volunteer service and leadership, Leasa has had significant and ongoing responsibilities for event planning for a variety of her favorite charitable and civic organizations, including the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center League. Dallas Junior Garden Society, Wipe Out Kids Cancer, Centennial Elementary, Shelton School, Bishop Lynch High School, and Booker T Washington HSPVA. However, her greatest achievement and proudest role has been and continues to be that of mother to her two daughters, Hollyn and Chaslyn. Leasa has been married to John Donovan, President of Longhorn Wealth, since 1991. She originally worked part-time in John's practice as Client Service Coordinator from 1992-1994, before stepping away from the business with the birth of Hollyn in 1994. Leasa took on her current part-time role with Longhorn Wealth in 2017 to oversee the planning and execution of all client appreciation events for the firm.

Michael Sacrider

After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, Michael spent 22 years as a commissioned officer flying F-4 and F-15 aircraft. He joined Southwest Airlines after retirement and flew as a commercial pilot for another 21 years. Michael had a career spanned 43 years in the aviation industry. He and his wife Michelle of 49 years have resided in Flower Mound, Texas for 25 years. Michael also has two daughters and one grandson that live nearby.

Sam Prince

After a long career spanning the restaurant, retail and airline catering industries, including experience in the finance, administration, procurement, and facilities management, Sam retired from the airline industry as a Finance & Operations Executive. Sam graduated with his MBA from SMU after completing his undergraduate work in accounting and economics at Brooklyn College. He and his wife Lola of 53 years have resided in the Dallas area for 37 years. Amongst their 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren they have two UT graduates, a daughter and son in-law.
