Welcome to Middle: Managed! The inspiration for middle: managed came from my early middle management days of googling different versions of "how do I manage this difficult person or scenario?". Guess what? I couldn't find the answers I was looking for. Everything was written for CEOs! As The middle manager has the most difficult role in an organization. It is our goal to provide resources, advice, and support for middle management.
