Mr. Chang was appointed to the Board on 12 May 2014 and was appointed as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 21 February 2017, a position which he held until 24 October 2022. Mr. Chang was then redesignated as Executive Chairman on 25 October 2022. Mr. Chang has extensive business and work experience in hotel management, property investment, food and beverage, and lifestyle management and served as director and Chairman of group of companies in Malaysia in related businesses.
Mr. Chang actively supports and sponsors community programmes through his participation in various clan associations in Malaysia. He is an executive advisor of Penang Teoh Si Cheng Hoe Tong, chairman of Penang Chinese Clan Council, deputy president of The Federation of Zhang Clan Association Malaysia and Vice President of The World Zhang Clan Association.

Dr. Chong was appointed to the Board on 1 March 2023 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Nominating and the Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee.
Dr. Chong is an institutional fund management expert, managing a team of specialists in the areas of wealth management, investment research, investment advisory and portfolio management. He acts as an adviser and a director to various companies to play an active role in assisting them in their business decisions and overall business management plan.
Dr. Chong has a strong background on financial matters, and partners closely with many institutional clients. Dr. Chong has also invested in various business sectors such as food industry, retail trade, information technology and property management in Asia Pacific region. He is also a managing director of Mirac Finance Ltd., which is a licensed financial services company in Labuan.
Dr. Chong graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the International Teaching University of Georgia. He completed his Doctor of Business Administration program with the Collegium Humanum, Warsaw Management University. At present, he is pursuing the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at the Swiss School of Management in Switzerland.

Mr. Chew was appointed to the Board on 25 July 2019 as an Independent Non-Executive Directors and was the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director prior to his re-designation as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director on 25 October 2022.
Mr. Chew has over 35 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant & Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sectors, operating in South East Asia. He was previously the CEO of McThai Co., Ltd, a position that he had held since 2006. Prior to that he was the CEO of Delifrance Asia from 2002 to 2003, and the vice president/managing director of Tricon Indochina from 1988 to 2002, operating KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell in Singapore, Thailand and Indochina.
Mr. Chew is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization since 2009 and was the recipient of the 2018 Hickok Distinguished Service Award in recognition of his contribution and leadership in the organization.
Mr. Chew studied in St Joseph's Institution in Singapore and attended the Executive MBA program in Michigan University.

Mr. Tan Boon Kok has more than 12 years of experience as a tax adviser specialising in tax audit and tax investigation. He also has more than 26 years of experience in the audit, accounting and finance profession.
Mr. Tan Boon Kok is a Founding Director of Songmart Holdings Sdn Bhd, Songmart Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Tan Lee Heng Import & Export Sdn Bhd and Granville Grocery Sdn Bhd and was also a consultant at Songmart Cash & Carry Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the groceries business. He is principally involved in strategic planning as well as the financial, internal audit, accounting and tax functions of the aforesaid entities. Mr. Tan Boon Kok currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Honorary Treasurer of the Johor Cerebral Palsy Association. He is also the National Vice President of the Federation Chen (Tan) Malaysia.
Mr. Tan Boon Kok has been a Fellow Member of the Association of International Accountants, an Associate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, and a Professional Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia since 2006, 2012 and 2015 respectively. He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner with the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, and an income tax agent licensed by the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia.

Mr. Teo was appointed to the Board on 28 February 2022 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nominating Committee. Following the changes to the composition of the Board and Board committees as announced by the Company on 27 February 2023, Mr. Teo is presently a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Teo founded the Mossad Services Group in 1988, started by delivering basic cabling installation services for telephones and computing equipment to the retail and small businesses in Singapore. He gradually progressed to provide intermediate structured cabling installation and telecommunication equipment to local small & medium business enterprises; larger scale turnkey installation projects for government agencies, education institutions, hospitals and marine port's IT and telephony infrastructure facilities in Singapore. Mr. Teo is instrumental in expanding the Mossad Services Group to today's operation of providing full suites of Enterprise IT Network and Infrastructure Solutions as well as IT Manpower Services for both domestic and global companies, serving customers in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Mr. Teo is a financial and strategic investor, active in private and public companies.

Mr. Wong was appointed to the Board on 21 February 2017, and is presently the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee, following changes to the composition of the Board and Board committees as announced by the Company on 27 February 2023.
Mr. Wong has over 50 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, where he had managed more than 50 construction projects involving high-rise, low-rise, commercial and residential buildings. He is currently the managing director of Chong Tong Construction Pte. Ltd
Ms. Mavis Wong joined the Group on 7 November 2022 as the Financial Controller, overseeing the finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, internal controls, taxation and compliance of the Group. Prior to her appointment, she was the Finance Manager of Tan Lee Heng Import & Export Sdn. Bhd., which is a subsidiary company of Songmart Holdings.
Ms. Mavis Wong started her career with YCS Management & Consultant Services as an Account Associate before joining KPMG Chartered Accountant, Malaysia in 2014 as an Audit Associate and she left as a Audit Senior in 2016. She joined SCS Global PAC in Singapore as Audit Senior in 2016 and subsequently moved into provision of freelance accounting services in 2020.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Applied Accounting.

Ms. Tan Ah Mai is a Founder and Managing Director of the Songmart Group and Granville Grocery Sdn Bhd.
Ms. Tan Ah Mai has been in charge of the management and operations of numerous supermarket outlets of the Songmart Group and Granville Grocery Sdn Bhd since 2002 and 2018 respectively. Prior to joining the Songmart Group, Ms. Tan Ah Mai was employed as an Account Manager at a property management firm in Malaysia, for a period of more than 10 years and was subsequently a director of Tan Lee Heng (M) Sdn Bhd and had been overseeing the import and export business of Tan Lee Heng (M) Sdn Bhd from 2000 to 2021.
Aside from her directorships in the Songmart Group, she is also a director on the board of directors of six other companies in Malaysia, most of which engage in property investment and management businesses.
