Ashlee Nichols

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Project Management
Ashlee Nichols graduated with a degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech in 2011. While in college she worked for Cablik Enterprises on a wide range of custom modern homes and commercial projects. After college she started with Cambridge Builders & Contractors building multi-family facilities around the Southeast. While at Cambridge she worked her way up from a Project Engineer to an Assistant Superintendent and eventually to Project Manager. Within these roles she was able to gain a full understanding of what it takes from both the field and the office to create a successful project team. Additionally, she spent two years working at RaceTrac Petroleum on their new store development team. This experience allowed a larger perspective of what it takes to get a project from planning & conception, through the due diligence period and into construction. Looking to get into more commercial construction she joined Moeller Purcell in January of 2019. Ashlee's goal in every project is to maintain schedule and budget with constant communication through final turnover. She strives on keeping subcontractors and owners informed on job progress which allows transparency for success. Ashlee became the Vice President of Project Management for MPCC in October 2022. Ashlee and her husband, Lane, enjoy traveling - especially finding ways to couple travel with endurance sports. She's completed multiple half and full marathons around the world. When not on a plane to somewhere new, Ashlee and Lane are spending time with their two sons. Cindy Meyer

With degrees in hand, she worked in Systems Integration and Instrumentation and Controls and obtained her Professional Engineering License. Seeking ways to balance family and career, she became accomplished at bookkeeping and office management. As her second child started college, she pivoted her career again and joined the Administration Team of a local private school serving as their Communications Coordinator. That is where we met her as she assisted the principal with several Moeller Purcell construction projects on campus throughout the years. When Cindy mentioned she was seeking an opportunity to return more to her technical roots, we knew she would be a great asset to our team. With her diverse background, Cindy provides support to our project managers, office manager, accounting management, and is responsible for the project accounting centered around Procore. Cindy and her husband, Nick (GT EE '89), share a love for running and can be found running on the streets in Brookhaven, racing in Atlanta Track Club events, or running the trails at Cochran Shoals. As long as the client's needs are met and they are happy in their space at the end of the day, then any project is worth being proud of. Shannon believes Moeller Purcell is so strong at harnessing each individual's talents to produce successful jobs for top notch clients. That was proven when Shannon made the shift from Project Management to Preconstruction. Owning that department, Shannon has become one of the key leaders at MPCC and was made the Vice President of Preconstruction in October 2022.
