Christopher Mingledorff

Chris received a B.S. degree in Finance and a B.S. degree in International Business from Florida State University, where he was an active member and officer of his fraternity. Chris received his J.D. from Mercer University, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Team, arguing before appellate panels in Wilmington, DE and New York, NY. During his first several years of practice, Chris was recognized for several years as a Super Lawyer: Rising Star (only awarded to 2% of practicing attorneys).

Eric Campbell

Eric has diverse legal experience with strong focuses in the areas of Workers' Compensation Defense, Insurance Defense, as well as Probate Administration and Litigation. Following an internship with the Hon. John C. Few, now of the South Carolina Supreme Court, and clerkship with the Hon. Mary Blunt of the Dorchester County Probate Court, Eric worked with a general litigation and transactional firm handling primarily Probate Administration and Litigation in Courts across the Lowcountry, serving as counsel in matters involving Wills contests, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Breaches of Fiduciary. Through his practice, he garnered litigation experience early on in his carry allowing him to apply the foundational skills he learned through serving on University of South School of Law's Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Bar. This strong foundation as an advocate carried over into his practice in Workers' Compensation Defense as he moved to an Insurance Defense Firm. He has since focused on matters involving Insurance Defense, while keeping a focus on Worker's Compensation. Throughout his practice as an attorney, Eric has strong experience in litigation and appellate practice. He brings this experience to each matter he serves on for his clients. Eric has served his community through Will Clinics, Ask-A-Lawyer Telethons and the Youth Mock Trial Program.

Michael Patterson

Michael Patterson concentrates his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Construction Litigation. Prior to establishing Mingledorff and Patterson, LLC, Michael served as a police officer with the City of Charleston Police Department, and later worked for the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office as a prosecutor. These opportunities provided Michael with valuable trial and litigation experience, which now serve his clients well. In an effort to support and serve the community, Michael is a member of the Daniel Island Rotary Club, and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Charleston. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Michael graduated from James Madison University with a degree in History. Michael received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in South Carolina. Michael lives on Daniel Island with his wife, Sarah, and two children, William and Hannah. Outside of the office, Michael and his family try to travel as much as possible, and love exploring the New England coast.
