Barbara Dittmer

As a Principal at PDQ Financial Services, LLC, Barb is an independent service provider to MFA. Her contracted responsibilities include accounting and tax return preparation, payroll, health & liability insurances, & other administrative services not directly relating to investment consulting. Barb graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992 and has over 15 years experience as senior accountant and office manager for several small and medium sized Pittsburgh businesses. Barbara's first management position was with St Francis Medical Center as Staff Accountant. Barb then served as Senior Accountant and Manager for Baldwin & Associates, CPA's performing general tax and audit functions. Barbara then served as Senior Accounting Manager for General Nutrition, Inc. responsible for all general accounting functions and corporate financial statement preparation. For the most recent 6 years, Barbara served as Corporate Controller of a major Pittsburgh Investment Management company and was responsible for the company's entire financial management function.

Frank R. Burnette - President

Frank Burnette is President and Senior Consultant for Morrison Fiduciary Advisors. Besides his involvement in all aspects of the consulting process, his main duties include: serving as key client relationship contact, development & implementation of Investment Policy Statements, asset allocation modeling & re-balancing, designing & constructing client investment portfolios, and marketing the firm to our target institutional marketplace. Mr. Burnette has over 30 years of experience in the investment management business through a wide range of professional employment capacities. Frank graduated from Lehigh University in 1980 and began his career with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company in New York City . In 1984, he returned to Pittsburgh and joined Mellon Bank in the Capital Markets Department selling fixed income securities to Bank investment portfolios. In 1988, Frank co-founded Tri State Portfolios, an independent investment advisory firm where he managed portfolios for community banks and high net worth individuals. In 1994, Frank merged the Tri-State Portfolios business with a major Pittsburgh Investment Management company and became Vice President responsible primarily for marketing. In 1996, he became a shareholder and was named President and Co-Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Burnette formed Morrison Fiduciary Advisors in 2002 to apply his professional experience consulting to pension plans throughout the Pennsylvania marketplace. He is an active member of the County Commissioners Association, The Pennsylvania State Treasurers Association and the Pennsylvania State Controllers Association. In addition, Frank is an active supporter of several Taft-Hartley organizations and their related business functions.

Gary Zentner

Gary Zentner serves as Senior Consultant for Morrison Fiduciary Advisors. His responsibilities include analyzing alternative investment opportunities including private equity, private debt, and real estate investments for client accounts. Gary is the retired President and Founder of PNC Equity Management, the private equity subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Corp. He had also served as non-executive Chairman of 3 privately held middle market companies and an advisory Board member to 2 early stage venture capital funds. Gary is a current Board Member of St. Clair Hospital and currently serves as Chairman of St. Clair Hospital Foundation. Mr. Zentner graduated from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1965.

Robert J. Bulas

Mr. Bulas is a Senior Investment Analyst & Consultant with Morrison Fiduciary Advisors and is responsible for providing investment & market analysis to the firms' client portfolios. Bob is also responsible for all manager research, searches, & due diligence. Mr. Bulas also handles asset allocation modeling and tactical re-balancing, constructing and managing client investment portfolios, and serving as primary client consulting back-up for all of the firm's accounts. Bob also serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer. Bob has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Morrison Fiduciary Advisors, Bob was a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. Bob's efforts focused on investment consulting services utilizing the firm's managed accounts program. Bob's responsibilities included investment plan design, asset allocation, manager search, performance monitoring and periodic client reviews. Bob received his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh ‘s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. Bob has also completed the University of Pittsburgh ‘s Corporate Valuation/Finance Signature Program which is a curriculum of select Finance classes with a focus on financial analysis and asset valuation. Bob is a native of Johnstown, PA and currently lives in the Southside neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
