Allison Hendrick

Job Titles:
  • Director of Operations, Eastern Pennsylvania
Allison Hendrick serves NDC Asset Management as Director of Operations, Eastern Pennsylvania. Allison is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations of NDC Asset Management's Eastern Pennsylvania portfolio. Allison joined NDC in 2005, previously serving as a Regional Property Manager out of our State College office with a variety of Tax Credit and Conventional residential communities. Prior to joining NDC, Allison spent ten years in the banking industry working in collections and management.

Arnita McKinnie

Arnita joined NDC Asset Management in January of 2022 with 30 plus years of experience in property management. Arnita has experience with Section 8 HUD Property, Project-Base Section 8, Tax-Credit Property and Market Rent Property. She has worked with the HOPWA, ESG, and General Fund Programs. Arnita acted as the liaison between the Attorney and Housing Department, assembled workshops for landlords and briefing materials for prospective clients. She also ensured files complied with all Federal Rules & Registrations, while specializing in rental calculations. Her determination has allowed her to work in many areas in the affordable housing department. Arnita has an AA degree in Business Administration, a Quadel Tax Credit Training Certificate, certified in Dale Carnegie Institute for Management skills, and a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).

Connor Kreutzer

Connor joined NDC Asset Management in August 2019. In his current role, Connor oversees a the property management of the Pittsburgh Corporate offices. In addition to this, he is responsible for marketing, branding, corporate quality and efficiencies, and vendor relations as well as the NDCAM website and social media pages. Connor is a 2019 graduate of the University of Dayton.

Dana Wall

With over five years of accounting and finance experience, Dana oversees the monthly accounting operations for a portioned portfolio of our managed properties. Dana is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (Psychology) and Seton Hill University (Accounting).

Dave Marcinko

Dave Marcinko has over 30+ years of experience as a senior management executive while serving in capacities as VP to COO for various organizations. His diverse background has been within fast paced environments including real estate, project management, service, hospitality and sports management. Dave serves as Regional Manager out of the Florida office. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker. Dave currently manages over 380,000 square feet of retail, professional and medical office space for NDC Asset Management.

Dawn Ray

Dawn joined NDC Asset Management in 2013 bringing extensive experience in managing apartments and single-family homes. Previously, Dawn worked for the City of Punta Gorda where she was responsible for distressed properties and mandatory beautification projects for the City. Dawn currently manages conventional and affordable housing properties in Florida. She is a graduate of Parsons School in Paris with a degree in Communication Design and Marketing. Dawn is also certified in Code Enforcement for the State of Florida.

Deb Schade

Denice McDonough - EVP

Job Titles:

Prior to joining the NDC team in 2018, Denice worked 25 years in corporate banking and is currently involved in the management of vacation rental properties in Florida. Denice graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Accounting. As the Senior Vice President of NDC Asset Management, Denice is instrumental in overseeing the strategic operations of the organization.

Elaine Giovannetti

Elaine joined NDCAM in 2022. She has 20 plus years in the affordable housing industry. Elaine managed a Section 236 property in Ohio and a Section 202 PRAC property in Maryland. Upon moving from Maryland to Florida, she was introduced to the non-HUD side of the affordable housing industry. At NDC, she continues to work in compliance with HUD properties, but have also gained a knowledge of Tax Credit, HOME, Rural Development, BOND, and County BOND to name a few. Elaine has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.

Erica Bronson

Erica joined NDC in November of 2023. Erica is responsible for providing HR support across the company. She assists in the onboarding of new hires, employee benefits and serves as an HR Resource for managers and employees. Prior to starting at NDC, she worked as an agency recruiter at a technology company in Pittsburgh. Her background includes recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she earned her bachelor's in Human Resource Management.

Gladys Jacob

Gladys joined NDC Asset Management in 2019. She is the Commercial Property Manager in Florida and ensures unmatched tenant/vendor services and satisfaction. Gladys understands the dynamics of managing and overseeing the day to day operations. Gladys has held various positions in her tenure and has a unique background that allows her to provide exceptional service.

James Allen

James Allen serves as Vice President, Director of Operations, Florida for NDC Asset Management. James is responsible for the management and oversight of our Florida Region, in addition to client relationships, and new business opportunities. Prior to his current role, James served as a Regional Property Manager for NDC Asset Management since 2019 overseeing a portfolio that included LIHTC, Section 8 and RAD/PBRA properties as well as 394,000+ square feet of commercial office, medical, and retail space in the Bradenton and Sarasota markets. James earned a B.S. in Finance from Marshall University in addition, he is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Florida.

Jason Bartz - President

Jason serves as President of NDC Asset Management. Jason brings over 20+ years of commercial real estate development, construction, brokerage, and management experience to the organization. Jason also serves as Vice President of Development for NDC Construction Company located in Bradenton, Florida. Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida State University. Jason is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional. As President, Jason oversees the daily operations of NDC Asset Management with a staff of over 300 employees located in five states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia. Jason previously oversaw the management of over 380,000 square feet of retail, professional and medical office space has also brokered over $30,000,000 in sales and leases in professional/medical office buildings and vacant property in the Florida Region.

Jerilynn DeBlanc

Jerilynn joined NDC as a Regional Property Manager in November 2022. She started her career in Property Management in 2013. She has worked as an Leasing Agent, Property Manager, Area Manager and Compliance Specialist. Jerilynn currently oversees a portfolio consisting of LIHTC, Section 8, PBV & RAD in Lake Charles, La. Jerilynn currently holds certifications as an Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), Housing Compliance Manager of HOME Funds (HCM-HF), and Compliance Manager of Tax Credit (HCM-TC).

Jessica Ripple

Jessica joined NDC in 2022. Jessica is responsible for all HR functions to include, but not limited to payroll, benefit administration, legal compliance, performance and talent management, recruiting, orientation and onboarding, employee recognition, employee relations and ensuring adherence to state and federal employment regulations. Prior to joining NDC, Jessica served in human resources leadership positions for companies in Pittsburgh that includes Thar Process, Inc. and Grane Home Health & Hospice. Jessica holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Penn State University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.

Karen Kreutzer - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Karen brings over three decades of experience and expertise to NDC Asset Management's accounting department and operation. Karen is a 1985 graduate of Thiel College with a B.S. in both Accounting and Business Administration. Before joining NDC Asset Management in 1988, Karen was employed by Touche Ross & Company where she worked as an Auditor. In Karen's role as Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the Accounting Department for both the Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management Divisions. Karen is proficient in HUD, Tax Credit, State Agency, Rural Housing and Conventional reporting. In addition, Karen is involved in the insurance program, overseeing the current policies for all Corporate operations as well as all our Managed Properties. Karen also plays a key role in the accounting and financial analysis for our Regional and Corporate operations. Since 1992, Karen has been a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Kay Lake

Kay started her career in property management in 2004 and joined our team in 2012. During her tenure, she has achieved various roles between management and compliance departments. In her twenty years of experience, she has gained extensive knowledge in new acquisitions with blended occupancy lease-ups. Those programs consists of Conventional, Tax Credit, HOME, Permanent Supportive Housing, RAD-PBV, Public Housing, Project-Based Section 8, 811 PRAC and BOND.

Kimberly Morris

Kimberly began her career in Property Management in 2015 as an Area Property Manager in Tennessee. In 2019 she had the honor to join a leading team in the Kansas City area as an Area Property Manager to lead a successful team while learning new state regulations and advancing her knowledge in several different aspects of the Property Management filed to include HUD, Sections 8, Rural Development, Tax Credit, and Home. Her achievements took her to the South Carolina area where she took over a challenged property of over 350 units until moving over to her current position with NDC in Mississippi focusing on Conventional Leasing. In her current role with NDCAM as a Regional Property manager She oversees a portfolio of LIHTC properties in the Mississippi region. Kimberly, while working in the role of Area Property Manager and raising 3 small children, spent her little downtime focusing on her educational goals where she graduated from Bethel University in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Business.

Kris Keller

Kris is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (Accounting) and Humboldt State University (MBA). Kris holds an Associate Broker license in PA and has been an active Realtor since 2016. Kris also serves as a notary public and spent six seasons in Public Accounting.

Kris McDonough

Kris McDonough serves NDC Asset Management as Vice President, Director of Operations, Western Pennsylvania. Kris is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of NDC Asset Management's portfolio in Western Pennsylvania. Kris joined NDC Asset Management in July 2018, serving as a Regional Property Manager. As Regional Property Manager, Kris oversaw a portfolio of LIHTC, Section 8 and Market Rate properties in Western Pennsylvania along with 120,000+ square feet of commercial retail and office space. Kris is a graduate of Ohio University. Prior to joining NDC Asset Management, Kris worked in professional and collegiate sports for eight years, managing sales, business development, and marketing with WME/IMG out of Pittsburgh, Pa. In addition to his managed portfolio, Kris is responsible for new business and partnerships, corporate quality and efficiencies, and national vendor relations. Kris currently serves as the Vice President and Executive Committee Board Member of AAMP (Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh).

Kristen Daniel

Kristen began her career with NDC in March 2016 as a Property Manager - to then become a Senior Property Manager managing her own properties while providing support, training, and guidance to many new and existing staff members. In Kristen's role as Training Coordinator, she is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering training programs to management employees enhancing their skills, knowledge, and productivity. This role involves working closely with department heads to identify training needs, designing effective training programs, delivering personalized or group training s in various formats, and many other management initiatives related to our growth and success.

Laura LaBella

Job Titles:

Laura jo ined NDC Asset Management in 2021 as a bookkeeper. She has since been promoted to a Controller position in the accounting department. Laur a is a graduate of Penn State University, where she majored in Finance. She has held several Accounting and Finance roles, most recently with Quest Diagnostics.

Mark Foster

Mark joined NDC Asset Management in July 2003, bringing to the organization over eight years of sales and marketing experience. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a B.A. in Marketing. Mark also holds a Florida Real Estate license. Mark currently works in leasing in-house properties throughout Florida, with an emphasis on professional and medical office sites in Bradenton. He is responsible for new business development at the Florida office and provides buyer/tenant representation services to clients throughout the state.

Mark Waugaman

Mark joined NDCAM in 2022. He brings 29 years of hospitality and healthcare administration, paired with more than 6 years of property management experience to the team. In his current role with NDCAM, Mark oversees a portfolio of Low Income Tax Credit, Section 8, and conventional housing properties in the Pittsburgh region.

Nicole Moon

Patty Fuentes

Patty joined NDC Asset Management in September 2000 after owning a cleaning company. During her time at NDC, she has worked at several managed properties in Florida and Texas, holding positions from leasing agent to resident manager and currently manages conventional and affordable housing properties in Florida. Patty has extensive experience with troubled properties and leasing challenges and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Philip Broadus

Raymond J. Czachowski

Ray directs the property management activities of the organization. He is a Certified Property Manager with over 40 years of experience managing conventional, subsidized, condominium, and commercial properties. Ray earned a BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Toledo. Ray's previous experience was with McKinney and Company and the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships. Ray is a board member of the National Leased Housing Association. He is also a past President of the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and is a Life Director of the Association.

Rebekah Allen

Richard Elwood

Rick Elwood serves NDC Asset Management as Senior Vice President of Operations. In his current role, Rick manages the day-to-day management operations of NDC Asset Management with a staff of over 300 employees located in five states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia. Rick is a graduate of Florida State University and joined NDCAM in 2004 as a Regional Manager. Rick has over 30 years of property management experience. Rick has been providing direct operating oversight of the Southern Division since 2008, in addition to being responsible for the company's growth throughout our Southern Division. During this time, NDC's Southern Region has grown successfully from 11 properties in Florida to more than 60 properties across three states. The growth under Rick's direction has included new construction, rehabs, and existing assets, with a vast assortment of programs that include LIHTC, Section 8, Rural Development, Public Housing, Blended Occupancy, Market Rate Housing, and RAD.
