Open Community Contracts is an initiative of the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment... Project undertaken with the financial support of the Government of Canada provided through Global Affairs Canada. The Canadian International Resources and Development Institute is an independent centre of expertise in natural resource-led development. CIRDI was founded in 2013 by three leading universities: University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and Polytechnique Montreal. With Canadian and international partners, CIRDI provides leading-practice advice, technical support, training and applied research as well as a platform for innovative thinking, knowledge mobilization and shared learning on sustainable and inclusive resource governance.
