Gillian is an experienced mining executive with a broad skill set across a range of corporate, finance and governance areas having held senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Director and corporate advisor. Gillian worked at Paladin Energy Limited between 1993 and 2005, including 10 years as an executive director, at a time when that uranium company was growing rapidly through mine development, operation, acquisition and exploration in multiple African countries. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia. She is a member of the WA Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gillian is currently an Executive Director of Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: DYL) and a Non-Executive Director of Comet Ridge Ltd (ASX: COI).

Nicholas Cernotta (Nick) is a mining engineer having held senior operational and executive roles in Australia and overseas over a 30 plus year period. Nick has considerable experience in the management and operation of large resource projects, having served as Director of Operations at Fortescue Metals Group, Chief Operating Officer (Underground, International and Engineering) at MacMahon Holdings Limited and as Director of Operations for Barrick (Australia Pacific) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation. Nick is currently a Non-Executive Director (NED) of Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS), NED of Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST), NED of New Century Resources (ASX: NCZ) with a broad range of Board Sub Committee Chair responsibilities.

Peter Sullivan is an engineer with an MBA and has been involved in the development of resource companies and projects for more than 25 years. His work experience includes periods in project engineering, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate and operational management and public company directorships. Peter has considerable experience in the management and strategic development of resource companies. Peter is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of GME Resources Limited (ASX:GME), Zeta Resources (ASX:ZER) and Horizon Gold Limited (ASX:HRN). Peter is also a Non-Executive Director of Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (ASX:C6C).

Rebecca is a lawyer and commercial advisor, with extensive experience in mining, energy, technology and large-scale infrastructure transactions, having held senior and executive roles in legal, project management, governance, contracts, procurement and logistics. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and is currently the Global Head of Contracts, Procurement and Supply Chain for Fortescue Future Industries, where she is responsible for building sustainable supply chains to support the development of renewable energy projects and technology solutions to decarbonise industry. In 2009, Rebecca worked for the Kimberley Community Legal Service in Kununurra, where she developed a deep understanding of local issues and a love for the Kimberley.

Susan has over 25 years' experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in Company Secretarial and Non-Executive Director roles with ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. She is currently Managing Director of boutique advisory company Park Advisory Pty Ltd and acts as Company Secretary for several ASX listed companies. She has also held senior management positions in EY, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bankwest both in Sydney and Perth. Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Chartered Secretaries Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
