Alicia Ryska is a Wealth Management Assistant at Parker Advisors. Alicia is an experienced Administrative Assistant and has always enjoyed being a part of a goal-oriented team. She values hard, honest work and doesn't shy away from a challenge. Alicia is a native of Marsing and comes to us from the Marsing School District where she worked as the Middle and High School Secretary. Alicia's philosophy is if a job is worth doing it's worth doing it right. Alicia enjoys podcasts, reading, sewing, crochet, and embroidery. Alicia and her husband Jake have three children Wolfe, Bambi, and Henry Colt.
Bryce Kershner hails from the oasis of Jordan Valley, Oregon. He graduated from Jordan Valley High School and earned a Bachelor's in Finance from Pacific University while also playing college football. He interned at Parker Advisors his senior year of college and has always held an interest in investing, trading, and growing wealth in general. Having earned a degree in the field, Bryce has always wanted to put his degree to work with his key interests. This fascination gravitated him towards financial advising and he did not hesitate to earn his Series 7 licensing. He has been the head football coach at Jordan Valley the past 6 years and recently won the state championship co-oping with Adrian Hi gh School. Bryce appreciates the coaching aspect when it comes to financial advising and finds passion when it comes to teaching and mentoring clients in all th eir financial endeavors. Bryce's primary role will be to serve our existing clients as well as attract new business to the firm as an Associate Advisor.
Connie is an Idaho native born in Eagle Idaho. Growing up in Star and Eagle, and she graduated from Meridian High School in 1985. Married her high school sweetheart and traveled the United States while he served 26 years in the United States Army as an Infantryman, and then Green Beret.
Always knowing she would return to Idaho they've been back and 4 years ago, and call Wilder their home. You may know Connie from her time at The Homedale Bowling Alley where she spent the last 3 years serving up smiles and hugs.
Connie's area of business ability includes 30-plus years of office management, bookkeeping, and years of customer service. Prior to returning to Idaho, she spent the last 19 years working as a manager of a large law firm in North Carolina. Her goal is to make people happy and achieve quality care.
When not working Connie enjoys yard work, fishing, and camping with family and friends. She has been married to her husband Luke for 38 years and has two children, Elizabeth and Chance.
An Iowa native, Dave Poppinga received his accounting degree from University of Northern Iowa. He was an accountant briefly for Heritage Communications, Inc. in Des Moines, Iowa before joining the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in So. California. He worked in their accounting department for nine years eventually becoming the Chief Accountant. It was there where he met and married his wife Penny.
He began working for Parker Advisors in December, 2009. Dave specializes in tax preparation. It is his pleasure serving the treasure valley with our team here at Parker Advisors.
Elizabeth graduated from The College of Western Idaho in 2013 with an Associates Degree in Business. In 2015 she graduated with a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Business Administration & Accounting from Northwest Nazarene University.
Elizabeth is an Enrolled Agent. She previously worked at H&R Block from 2010-2013.
Elizabeth enjoys boating and spending time wither family. Married to Jose Garcia, she has two children: Xavier (15) & Jenebelle (14).
Gavin Parker is an experienced Financial Advisor through his affiliation with Avantax. Gavin holds Series 63, 7, 65 and insurance licenses.
Parker Advisors serves the entire Treasure Valley in all areas of financial services, including wealth management, retirement planning, estate preservation and tax advantaged investing.
Gavin graduated from Homedale High School and The College of Idaho. He is President of the Homedale Chamber of Commerce and has been awarded for his volunteer activities in economic development in the community.
Gavin enjoys golfing and coaching youth sports. Married to Annie Bideganeta-Parker, they are the proud parents of four daughters: Emma, Jacy, Gwen and Hadley.
Ismael Garcia is a graduate of Homedale High School & Boise State University.
Ismael has been part of Parker Advisors for the last 4 years and became a financial advisor at the age of 21 while being in school. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ismael leads our team as the primary investment manager, analyzing investments, building portfolios, and developing strategies to help our clients.
He enjoys the outdoors & finds the backcountry to be a calling of his. Ismael loves baseball and is always rooting to see improvement throughout his community.

Laurie is an experienced Assistant in client relations, office management, and notary services.
Laurie graduated from Caldwell High School and attended the University of Idaho for 4 years. Laurie started working as a secretary office manager serving public schools in Idaho for 23 years before joining Parker Advisors in 2008.
Laurie loves being with her grandkids, gardening, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her children and husband Blair. Together they have 15 amazing grandchildren!

Michelle is a licensed CPA with over 12 years of experience. She graduated with a Masters degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University with an emphasis on tax. Her experience ranges from large corporate entities at the top CPA firms in the country to small businesses and individuals. Her passion lies in creating personal relationships with clients and helping them understand their unique financial opportunities and positions.
Michelle keeps herself very busy. She has 4 children; her husband is a commercial beekeeper who occasionally requires her help in the field. She runs a few local businesses of her own in the valley. She enjoys snow skiing, water sports, running, and reading.

Mikeal D. Parker has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, estate planning and investment planning. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing agriculture and small businesses including sole proprietorships, S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Mike has provided tax and accounting services for individuals and estates for over 40 years.
Shelley Blodgett has a great history with Homedale and Parker Advisors. Born and raised in Homedale, she graduated from Homedale High School then participated and graduated from H&R Block Income Tax Class. She has used this knowledge to focus on local and distant customers of Parker Advisors now for over 30 years.
Shelley's area of business expertise includes office management, payroll, bookkeeping and tax returns.
Shelley's work philosophy is to make sure the customer comes first. This committment starts by listening to you to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the tasks at hand followed by dedicated service creating your finished product.
Shelley enjoys reading, riding horses, camping, walking with her dogs and watching football. Shelley and her husband Jeff have two children, Tyson (Michelle) and Jessica (JZ) and 7 grandchildren.
Sherry Parrill graduated from Homedale High School. She then attended Beauty School followed by accounting classes at Boise State University. Sherry worked for Jim Duncan CPA for four years and has worked for Mikeal Parker and Parker Advisors for over 30 years.
Sherry assists clients in the areas bookkeeping, payroll services and tax preparation.
Sherry enjoys serving the community by volunteering for the Homedale Ambulance and the Homedale Rodeo.
Sherry's hobbies are reading, camping and fishing. She and her husband Dan have 3 children, Melissa, Monte and Travis along with 11 grandchildren.
Suzanna graduated from Homedale High school and has worked for Mikeal D Parker, CPA, and Parker Advisors for the past 34 years.
Suzanna is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and has extensive experience in preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary income tax returns, including year-end tax planning. She also prepares payroll, including quarterly and year-end payroll reports, and does bookkeeping for clients on a continuing basis. She also coordinates with the firm's financial advising team to optimize her client's tax savings. She believes in giving her clients the best experience possible when dealing with the sometimes daunting task of tax preparation and financial planning.
Suzanna has lived in Homedale her whole life and has been married to her husband Ron, for 35 years. Both of her sons are happily married and have given her the most wonderful gift of three beautiful grandchildren.
In her spare time, Suzanna enjoys spending her time with her Mini Bernedoodle, Tucker, and Mini Schnauzer, Piper. She enjoys camping on the Oregon Coast, reading any book by her favorite author John Grisham, bird watching, and her favorite activity is visiting her grandchildren.
