Anne Roux-Fouillet's main area of practice is employment and labour law. She advises and represents private individual as well as national and multinational companies on all employment law matters. Anne Roux-Fouillet's practice also includes social security matters and civil litigation.
Anne Roux-Fouillet is also a Deputy Judge at the Geneva Court of justice (Geneva Court of Appeal) since May 2022.

Marigona Iseni studied at the University of Geneva where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in Law, a Certificate in Transnational Law and a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions.
During her studies, Marigona worked as an administrative assistant in a law firm and as an ad hoc clerk at the labour Tribunal in the canton of Vaud (district La Côte). She was an Erasmus student for one semester at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She then completed a six-month legal internship at the legal affairs department of the Geneva State Chancellery. At University, she devoted a particular interest to international criminal law, migration law and constitutional law.
