Dr. Ian Brown

Job Titles:
  • Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Brown grew up in the greater Toronto area and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from York University. He graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2014. As part of his medical school training, he spent time training in Detroit, Michigan, upon which he returned to Toronto to complete his internal medicine residency at the University of Toronto. He completed residency in June 2018 and has since moved to Windsor to begin his independent practice. He has special interest in medical education, acting as one of the adjunct professors at the Schulich School of Medicine through the University of Western. Dr. Brown is also board certified in internal medicine in the United States.

Dr. Margarette Youssef

  • Family Physician With Dermatology Special Designation
Born and raised in Windsor-Essex County, Dr. Youssef always had an interest in helping individuals locally, through improving their health and well-being. She completed her undergraduate program in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor. She moved on to study medicine and accomplished her medical degree and family medicine residency training through the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University. She has also completed a Practical Diploma in Dermatology through Cardiff University. She now practices comprehensive family medicine and dermatology in the heart of Windsor and has joined the RAAMP program in order to help patients access timely and efficient cancer care and screening.

Dr. Nikesh Adunuri

  • Internal Medicine Physician
After spending his formative years in India, he completed his undergraduate degree (HBSc) at the University of Toronto (2009), medical school at the University of Sydney (2013), and Internal Medicine training at the University of Western Ontario (2018) with RCPSC (IM) and ABIM certifications. As a member of the General Internal Medicine teaching faculty at the Windsor Campus of the Schulich School of Medicine, he provides clinical care and supervision to medical students and residents in various stages of training on the Medicine inpatient service. Teaching and mentorship of medical learners is something that he is passionate about and he has developed a strong bond with the medical school community. Some of his current main roles at the Windsor campus include Faculty Advisor Learner Experience Office (Windsor) and facilitates various medical school courses. Dr. Adunuri is appointed as the Adjunct Professor at Schulich School of Medicine and has interests in clinical education, general internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases and GIM research.

Dr. Wassim Saad - Founder

Dr. Saad grew up in Essex County and obtained his B.Sc. in Biology with Honours in Microbiology in 1997 from the University of Windsor. He then graduated medical school from the University of Ottawa in 2001. Dr. Saad continued his postgraduate medical training at the University of Toronto in Internal Medicine graduating in 2005. Dr. Saad has been in clinical practice in Windsor for almost 20 years and holds many professional appointments. Among them, he is currently the Chief of Staff at Windsor Regional Hospital. Dr. Saad's clinical interests include Cardiovascular disease, Hematologic diseases, and Thrombosis being a member of Thrombosis Canada. Most recently, he is the founder and Medical Director of the Rapid Assessment and Management Program (RAAMP), a clinic set up with a goal to raise awareness for Cancer screening, early diagnosis, and post-cancer surveillance and follow-up.

Felicia Dang

Felicia Dang, born and raised in Windsor-Essex County, has been a Medical Secretary for 10 years. She is excited to be a part of the RAAMP team to help patients and create a comfortable experience for them. She is the friendly voice you hear and face you see when you come into the office.

Jaime Mirea

Job Titles:
  • Nurse Practitioner
Jaime Mirea, Nurse Practitioner, born and raised in Essex County. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honours from the University of Windsor in 2009. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the fields of Oncology, Palliative care, and Community Health. Her joy of serving others and passion for the field of Oncology prompted her desire to become a Nurse Practitioner. Jaime returned to the University of Windsor to obtain a Master of Nursing, and certification as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner which she completed in 2016. From there, she gained a wealth of experience in a bilingual primary health care clinic. In August of 2020, she joined the RAAMP clinic team where she has been able to utilize her experience in oncology to assist and support those in need.

Jessica Wood

Jessica was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County she obtained her medical receptionist diploma from St. Clair collage in July 2022.Jessica joined Dr. Saad's team in October 2022 as one of our full time receptionist. She brings her positive energy to our team everyday, and she is always ready to greet you with a smile.

Rachel Iannicello

  • Physician Assistant from McMaster University
Rachel Iannicello graduated as a Physician Assistant from McMaster University in 2014 and since graduation she has been working with Dr. Saad in his office clinic. Rachel was born and raised in Windsor and understands the needs of the community and sees the benefits RAAMP will provide. Rachel is happy to be an integral part of the care team supporting the patients and family members of her community.

Samantha Crevatin

Samantha Crevatin is a Physician Assistant in the RAAMP Clinic, born and raised in Windsor. Samantha completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor in Honours Biology, and then went on to McMaster University where she completed her Physician Assistant training, graduating in August 2015. Samantha returned to work here in Windsor because of her strong passion for serving the community she has spent most of her life in. Samantha has worked in the RAAMP Clinic since the inception of the clinic in 2016. She continues to utilize her knowledge and expertise to serve the patients in her community, focusing on cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis and post-cancer survival and surveillance
