He is involved in all aspects of overseeing the firm's operations, including investment decisions, portfolio company oversight, and investor relations. Since 1994, he has been involved in principal investing, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to founding Resilience, he was an investment banker with KeyBanc Capital Markets (formerly McDonald Investments). He is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of Young Presidents Organization as well as several professional organizations, and is a frequent speaker on private equity and distressed investing. Bassem Mansour serves on the board of directors for numerous Resilience portfolio companies. In addition, he formerly served on the boards of the Hathaway Brown School, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and the Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Bill R. Sanford

Bill R. Sanford is Founder and Chairman of Symark LLC, a business development organization formed in 1979 and headquartered in Naples, Florida. Mr. Sanford is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, consultant, investor, and board member with extensive new venture, merger and acquisition, turnaround, senior management, and market development experience. He holds several patents related to medical devices and advanced technology. As Executive Founder and Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, he led STERIS in only ten years from a start-up with five employees and a $3 million valuation to a NYSE-listed public company with 5,000 employees and a market value of $2 billion. Through Symark and multiple investment partnerships, Mr. Sanford is an active early stage and private equity investor. He serves as a board member and advisor to numerous public and private for-profit and not-for-profit organizations ranging from NYSE-listed multinational corporations to early and growth stage technology companies and investment partnerships. He is Chairman of Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE:ITGR), former director of KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) and KeyBank N.A., trustee of Cleveland Clinic, and trustee emeritus of Case Western Reserve University. Chad Hesse

Chad joined the Resilience team in January 2016 as General Counsel, a new role that was created as a result of the firm's continued growth. Prior to this, Chad spent 11 years at Diebold, Incorporated, a publicly traded global manufacturer, sales and service provider of self-service technology, software and security solutions, where he held a number of roles with increasing responsibility, including more than three years as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, where he was responsible for managing Diebold's global legal function. Among his accomplishments while at Diebold, Chad was responsible for negotiating and closing more than 25 M&A transactions around the globe, totaling more than $300M in transaction value. Chad started his career working as an associate attorney in the business practice area at Hahn Loeser + Parks LLP, a full-service law firm headquartered in Cleveland, where he represented clients in connection with securities compliance, M&A, corporate finance transactions and general corporate legal matters. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and is a member of several industry organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel. Chad graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a dual specialization in International Business and Business Pre-Law from Bowling Green State University.

Dave Peace

Dave is a business and technology leader experienced in leading innovation, corporate & market strategy, new product development, and global manufacturing operations. His former roles as Director of Global Manufacturing, Director of Product & Market Development, and Vice-President of Engineering for Swagelok Company allowed him to gain experience in the rigors of managing complex processes on a global scale. David Glickman

Dave joined Resilience in 2009 after working with the firm for several years on potential co-investments and portfolio company merger proposals. He is currently a board member for several Resilience portfolio companies. He has extensive experience sourcing, structuring, executing, managing and exiting a broad spectrum of portfolio companies. Before joining Resilience, Dave was a Partner at Edgewater Capital in Cleveland, where he was responsible for origination, negotiation and closure of several middle market acquisitions. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and co-Head of the Fund Manager of Candlewood Partners, LLC. Dave also served as a General Partner with Sedgewick Venture Capital, a small middle market private equity fund focused on opportunistic investments in Cleveland; and as a Senior Vice President of The LCP Group in New York. Prior to private investing, Dave was Associate Director with the Principal Activities Group at Bear Stearns in New York. Before that, he worked in corporate finance for the firm's offices in New York, Los Angeles and London, where he was engaged in all aspects of public debt and equity transactions. Dave has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies. He is currently on the board of several non-profit entities, including certain institutes of the Cleveland Clinic. He is recognized as a highly energetic, hands-on marketing and sales focused leader with a consistent track record of developing and executing rapid growth strategies that deliver measurable results. Working primarily with start-up organizations, David expertly crafts marketing plans from the ground up, focusing on top of funnel content, lead generation and thought leadership. His tactics help these companies' names reach their target audience in a way that resonates with them and drives them to learn more. David serves on the boards of several of Resilience Capital portfolio companies. Dr. Kevin Handerhan

Dr. Handerhan specializes in working with manufacturing companies to improve their business results and financial performance through operations enhancement, evaluation and prioritization of capital investments, and strategic acquisitions and divestitures. He has substantial C-Level and Board leadership experience, organizational development experience, and has served as a teacher and mentor of business leaders. He works primarily with businesses involved in specialty metals processing and engineered products. On matters related to operations improvement, Dr. Handerhan is a Theory of Constraints practitioner with deep experience in analyzing complex manufacturing operations in order to drive continuous improvement efforts, capture and disperse synergies, and to best analyze and prioritize capital investments. He is also an expert on using LEAN techniques as tools to improve flow of value-added dollars through constraints, and the related FP&A required for modeling repeatable success. Dr. Handerhan has published more than 20 technical articles. Dr. Handerhan's experience also extends to the acquisition, improvement, or divestiture of strategic business units. He has experience with both domestic and international acquisition and divestiture transactions, and also to substantial industrial joint ventures. He has assessed in excess of 100 possible acquisitions, and acquired ten businesses which included ones that were family controlled, owned by private equity firms, and others through bankruptcy proceedings with subsequent operations transformations. Prior to beginning his consulting career, Dr. Handerhan worked for Ellwood Group Inc. (EGI) for 33 years and held the position of Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2015. EGI is a multi-generational, family controlled specialty metals producer with over 2,300 employees, which headquartered in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. He was responsible for all profit and loss activities of all EGI divisions. During his career at EGI, the business grew more than 2500%. Prior to being the Chief Operating Officer for EGI, between the years 1982 to 2012, Dr. Handerhan worked in various technical and operating roles within the steelmaking, casting, open die and closed die forging businesses that belong to EGI. He received his B.S., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science. He has been affiliated with numerous professional organizations including American Society of Metals; Society of Manufacturing Engineers; Forging Industry Association, Board of Directors; Forging Industry Educational and Research Foundation, Board of Directors; International Forgemasters, Steering Committee, Chairman. Gerard J. "Jerry" DeMuro

"Jerry" DeMuro is president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., a global, U.S.-based defense, aerospace, and security company with more than 32,000 employees and generating approximately $10 billion in annual revenue. Throughout his 36-year career, DeMuro has directed the transformation of complex global organizations responsible for fulfilling critical and challenging missions worldwide in the national security, technology, and aerospace industry. Before joining BAE Systems in early 2014, DeMuro served as executive vice president and corporate vice president of the more than $10 billion, 44,000-employee Information Systems and Technology group at General Dynamics, leading a diverse portfolio focused on secure mobile communication systems, information technology solutions, cyber security, health care and mission support services, as well as intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. DeMuro joined General Dynamics when GTE Government Systems was acquired in 1999. Prior to the acquisition, DeMuro spent 13 years with GTE in a number of senior leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade as an acquisition official at the U.S. Department of Defense. Keith Buckley

Kenn Ricci - Chairman

Kenn founded Corporate Wings, an aircraft management, charter and fixed-base operation in 1980. In 1998, he revolutionized fractional aircraft ownership when he founded Flight Options. Ki Mixon

Kris Beck

She was the Vice President of Product Strategy and Operations at MacroPoint, a real-time freight visibility network which sold to Descartes Systems Group in 2017; and Vice President and General Manager at Elemica, a supply chain operating platform transacting over $400B in annual commerce which sold to Thoma Bravo in 2016. Matthew Crawford

Paul Zhang comes to Resilience Capital Partners with years' experience in the area of global sourcing. As director of global sourcing, he manages lighting and hose commodities through RFQ, cost analysis, price negotiation, commodity strategy creation, sourcing recommendation and supplier relationship management, controlling $50M annual spend totally. Prior to joining Resilience Capital Partners, Paul served as director of sales at Topstar Lighting. He received his sourcing and sales training at Super Lighting and Phillips Machine. His area of expertise is global sourcing with a focus on Asian OEM's. Paul maintains active involvement in nonprofit organization and several community service organizations. Currently, he serves on Georgia LEDGE as a board member. He received his Ph.D. degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and M.S. degree in Management from University of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Robert spent ten years at RSM US LLP, serving middle market clients primarily in the private equity, technology, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution industries. During this time, he advised companies on technical accounting matters, financial reporting, internal processes, carve-outs, add-ons, exits, integrations, forensic accounting matters, in addition to numerous other business issues. He is known for his broad range, technical research, and his depth of understanding with respect to business and reporting challenges in their respective industries. Ulf joined the firm in 2007 when the company he was the President & CEO of (Penda Corporation) was acquired by Resilience. He continued to lead Penda until 2011. He is currently serving on the board of directors for Trialon Corporation. Ulf has over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries. He has a successful track record in M&A, operational restructuring, strategy development, building executive teams, and applying management principles including Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, value based management and integrated supply chain principles. In his previous role as President & CEO of Penda, he led the repositioning of the company to the leading automotive components supplier. He was instrumental in the divestiture of two non-core subsidiaries and the merger with Penda's largest competitor, Durakon Industries in 2009. Prior to joining Penda, Ulf worked at Dow Chemical in Germany, Switzerland and the USA. He held various senior-level positions during his 20-year career with Dow, and gained extensive experience in managing business operations in North America, Europe and Asia. As part of his global responsibility, he served on the Board of Directors for Sumitomo-Dow Limited, Japan; and LG-Dow, Korea.
