Rod Laing has built many homes in Lawrence for over 20 years, with 12 years of framing experience before homebuilding on his own. In those 20+ years of homebuilding, Custom Homes (design and build for a customer) and Spec Homes (homes built to sell) were around 50% each. Our customers are our teachers for the "Custom Specs" we bring to the market.
