He has established independently several branches in different locations (India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) in diverse environments for Business development from scratch and has successfully managed the region as a profit centre head with overall accountability of revenue, profit, market share, marketing along with logistics in both urban and rural channel. Kapil Khanna is an experienced Student Counsellor, Psychologist, Lecturer and Education Consultant. He has worked in different positions and gathered more than 5 years of experience in the field of education, corporate training, and research, in both India and abroad. After completing his Bachelor's in Physics and doing a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia, he recently completed his Master's in International Business from RMIT University, Australia.
Currently, he teaches Business and Management to Post Graduate and Undergraduate students, at RMIT, takes guest lectures at Monash Business College and Trains students of Graduate Diploma of management. He is also the founder of Consultancy firm, Eduguru, based out of Melbourne, that provides various services, including business development support for some of the top companies like, Top Migration Australia, ACET-Global, N-Litten consultants and Outcome.life.
Kapil is passionate about sustainability and is in the process of pursuing his Ph.D. in the field of Business Sustainability and Environmental Management.
