Sridhar holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra and a Master's degree in Machine Design, from Mechanical Engineering Department of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Sridhar is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and trained in SEI - CMMi quality system.
