SCREED-LONDON

An alternative construction method adopted by Rational House. This project was one of the first urban dwellings combining features of the best town houses in the world. Our screed was placed over Osma underfloor heating in the basement, ground floor and first floor. Our screed was the chosen choice of the architect due to the environmental accreditations with a fast and efficient quality service offered by Thermotech Screed London... The main contractor organised parking dispensations for Thermotech Screed London plant... Thermotech Screed London was tasked to install a structural screed over delta or newton membrane over two sub levels below ground. The finished area would be a lounge deck attached to the internal swimming pool.
