Angela Kaushal joined SickKids CCMH Learning Institute in 2018. In her role, she provides strategic and operational leadership to advance best practices in mental health through education and training. Together, with her team, she oversees the delivery of over 100 courses a year. Angela is passionate about adult learning and is committed to building capacity in the community to better serve individuals with mental health needs.
Prior to joining SickKids CCMH Learning Institute, Angela was the Director for the Geneva Centre for Autism Learning Institute. She has a Masters of Applied Disability Sciences from Brock University and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, with over 20 years of experience working in the field of Autism.
Dr. Pignatiello is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992. He subsequently completed a fellowship in youth justice, and has worked in a variety of community, hospital, and academic centres. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto, and is currently the Associate Dean, Health Professions Student Affairs at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, U of T. Among many leadership positions, he has also been the Medical Director of the TeleLink Mental Health Program at SickKids for over 20 years, and has won community, teaching, and academic awards for his pioneering work in paediatric telepsychiatry.

Camille Quenneville is the CEO of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division, a role she has held since December 2012. CMHA ON provides mental health and addictions support through its thirty branches, which cover all of Ontario. Just previous to this role, she spent seven years with Children's Mental Health Ontario, as the Director of Policy and Communications. Throughout her career, Camille has focused on supporting the mental health of Ontarians. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor and the University of Toronto. More recently, she completed the Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management course at Harvard Business School, and the Community Health Leadership Program at the Rotman School of Management. Camille is a native of Windsor, Ontario.

Claire Duboc was a founder of the MindBeacon Group in 2015, a mental health leader that revolutionized the access and delivery of evidence-based care. Claire was instrumental in developing BEACON guided digital therapy (iCBT) and worked with organizations in the private and public sectors across the country to deliver mental health programs with measurable impact. MindBeacon (MBCN) was taken public in December 2020 and subsequently acquired by CloudMD (DOC) in January 2022.
Prior to assuming her seat on the GH-CCMH Board of Trustees, Claire was a trustee on The Hospital for Sick Children Board of Trustees and a director on the SickKids Foundation Board of Directors. As well, she served as vice-chair and trustee for the Toronto Foundation Board of Directors and served on the Board of Governors at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Claire holds a BA (Psychology) from Wilfred Laurier University and an MBA from Ivey Business School. She was recognized in 2019 by Digital Health Canada with the Women Leaders in Digital Health Award for her leadership and impact to digital health in Canada.
Dr. Adam Enchin, Medical Director, joined The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health at SickKids (GH-CCMH) in May 2022. Adam completed his child and adolescent psychiatry training at the University of Toronto in 2011. Prior to that, he had been in active practice as an emergency room physician with the Scarborough Health Network.

Dr. Lennox Huang is the Chief Medical Officer and Vice-President for Medical and Academic Affairs at SickKids, and co-chairs the hospital's Medical Advisory, Quality Management and Clinical Operations Committees. At a regional level, Dr. Huang co-chairs the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN) Medical Affairs Committee and co-leads the TAHSN Escalation of Care Task Force. Dr. Huang is a staff physician in the Paediatric Critical Care Unit at SickKids and holds the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto and Associate Clinical Professor of Paediatrics at McMaster University.
In addition to healthcare administration and clinical care, Dr. Huang has a special interest in the application of healthcare simulation to the design and testing of new facilities and in the detection of latent safety threats. He currently sits on the board of the Global Network for Simulation in Healthcare.

Dr. Suneeta Monga is the Psychiatrist-in-Chief at SickKids and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, where she holds the TD Bank Financial Group Chair in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Suneeta's clinical and research efforts focus on preschool anxiety disorders, including selective mutism, where she has made important contributions to the recognition, understanding and treatment of these highly prevalent and impacting disorders. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and written books and book chapters in these areas. In addition, she has authored a children's story and workbook, Taming Sneaky Fears, which supports parents in managing anxiety in their preschoolers using evidence-based strategies.
Suneeta leads the IN-ROADS Initiative, a global research project that she conceptualized to develop a core set of outcomes to be measured across adolescent depression treatment studies. She most recently received funding to lead a similar international effort to develop a core outcome set for pediatric anxiety disorders.
A strong advocate for the integration of mental health into the care of physical health in children and youth, Suneeta co-leads one of the implementation arms for the SickKids Mental Health Strategy, where she focuses on intra-hospital strategy. As a mentor and advocate for aspiring clinicians, she has won several departmental and national awards for her teaching.

Dr. Vasudha Gidugu is a health services researcher with a background in mental health services and outcomes research. She has a master's degree in psychology and rehabilitation counselling and a PhD in health services research. She was previously a researcher at the Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation, where she focused on outcomes evaluation and promoting the implementation of effective community-based mental health services for adults and youth with serious mental illnesses. She has a passion for improving access to innovative, evidence-based care and, in her most recent role, led research projects to inform the adoption of and equitable access to innovation in healthcare.

Gautam Mukherjee is Executive Director of Houselink & Mainstay Community Housing, Ontario's largest provider of supportive housing and the largest private non-profit rental housing provider in the City of Toronto (60 properties, 1,400 units, $25M budget).
Gautam brings experience in strategic planning and governance, having led the merger of Mainstay with Houselink in 2021. In addition to completing a strategic plan for the new integrated organization, he supported the new board to develop a permanent governance model which includes tenant membership and tenant directors. Gautam worked with the board to incorporate the two founding organizations as a subsidiary non-profit housing development corporation, HLMS Developments. Houselink & Mainstay is the sole member of HLMS Developments.
Gautam has experience working with government and has successfully acquired permanent funding for major housing initiatives. For example, he led Fred Victor's successful application in 2008 to acquire 108 affordable housing units as part of the Pan Am Games plan. He is currently leading the development of a 38-unit supportive housing building in Etobicoke and acquisition of development land in Scarborough that is expected to yield 160 to 250 new units.
Gautam is Board Vice Chair and a member of the Steering Committee of the Toronto Alliance to End Homelessness. He is actively engaged with the Ministry of Housing as a member of the Community Housing Renewal Reference Group.

Jeff Mainland is Executive Vice-President, The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Prior to this role, he served as Vice-President, Strategy, Performance and Communications, joining SickKids in 2004.
In his current role, Jeff is responsible for a broad and diverse range of departments and programs including: enterprise performance management, strategy management, quality management, risk management, legal services, health system integration, process improvement, innovation, project management, decision support, communications, public affairs, government relations, Foundation relations and SickKids International.
Before joining SickKids, Jeff served as Chief of Staff to a provincial cabinet minister and deputy premier and held key leadership positions in the Ontario public service with two ministries. Prior to that, he worked in nuclear medicine in the hospital sector, and in forensic pathology with the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, a Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Science and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University. He has completed executive training in strategy management under the leadership of Dr. Bob Kaplan and Dr. Dave Norton of Harvard Business School and is certified in merger and acquisition integration. Kelly McMillen joined the SickKids Learning Institute in 2008. Together with her team, she works collaboratively to develop and deliver programs and services that support the education mandate at SickKids including having oversight for the Simulation Program, Knowledge Translation Program, Conference Management, Resuscitation Education, Paediatric Project ECHO and ECHO Epilepsy: Across the LifeSpan, the Library, the SickKids Archives, the Staff Continuing Professional Development Fund, the Student Centre, AboutKidsHealth, Digital Learning Solutions and Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion. Laurie Harrison, CPA, MBA, was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She has over 30 years of experience providing strategic and operational leadership in finance, business development, treasury, strategic planning, supply chain, human resources and operations.
Laurie has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee as well as an MBA from Kellogg and Schulich Universities. She holds the Certified Public Accountant designation. As a health-care executive, Laurie has a proven track record of operating within complex organizations and bringing the needs of multiple constituents to establish a clear vision for the future.
Laurie spent her early career in public accounting and the private sector in the U.S. before moving to Toronto. She held senior positions at Baycrest Centre from 1996 to 2012. She was Vice-President, Corporate Services, and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the President and CEO, with strategic and operational responsibility for Finance, Information Management, Planning, Business Development, Legal Affairs, Facilities, Redevelopment, Environmental Services, Food and Clinical Nutrition, Supply Chain, and Security. From 1989 to 1996 she held several positions at The Hospital for Sick Children.
Leila Kelly brings a dedication to excellence in her role as Corporate Secretary to the GH-CCMH Board of Trustees. She draws on her expertise in also supporting best governance practices for the Board of Trustees at The Hospital for Sick Children. As a member of the hospital's executive team, Leila works collaboratively with senior management in corporate finance and clinical operations. Leila is passionate about paediatric health care and committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance to support the Centre's mission. Neill Carson is Interim Executive Director at The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health at SickKids (GH-CCMH). He is a registered social worker with 30 years of clinical and administrative experience in child and youth mental health, adult mental health and dual diagnosis. Prior to coming to GH-CCMH at SickKids in 2017 he was Executive Director of Ambulatory Care and Structured Treatments at CAMH. Neill is on the Board of Directors at Fred Victor Centre and was the President and Chair of the Board at Mainstay Housing for three years.
Neill received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, and his Master of Social Work from Wilfred Laurier University. Her work has focused on program development, clinical operations, and system navigation, with a strong emphasis on improving service pathways and advancing policies that support community-based mental health care.

Susan Pigott is a trained nurse and social worker who has enjoyed a 37-year career in health and social services mostly in Toronto. She has held a number of senior positions in a variety of social service and health-care organizations including Family Service Toronto, United Way of Greater Toronto and West Neighbourhood House (formerly St. Christopher House) and CAMH. Since 2015, she has served as the Chair of the Ontario government's Mental Health and Addictions Leadership Advisory Council.
Susan has been active in a number of public policy initiatives including the Ontario Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform and the Commission on the Reform of Ontario's Public Services.
She has been an active volunteer serving as a Board member for many organizations including Toronto Community Foundation, Tides Foundation, SickKids, and Soulpepper Theatre Company. Currently, she is the Board Chair of Artscape.
