The South River Historical & Preservation Society is dedicated to sharing and preserving the proud history of South River for future generations... A recently rediscovered motion picture filmed in and around South River in 1910 will be shown. Railroad historian Tom Reynolds will also speak about other films that were shot in South River and the surrounding area during the silent film era.
