Prior to her time at Interstate, Carrie served as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Field Support for Coffee & Bagel Brands, leading multiple field and corporate departments along with integrating the people practices and programs for three legacy brands. Earlier in her career at Delaware North, Carrie held multiple HR executive roles including an international assignment as the Head of HR of Australia and New Zealand. Carrie completed the Advanced Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan. She holds a master's degree in Industrial Labor Relations and Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Finance. She is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and previously served as an Advisory Board Member for the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor & Employee Relations and was a guest lecturer on corporate culture and creating a winning employee value proposition at Georgetown University.

Chris Arrington joined SRS in 2020 following a 17-year career in trade credit at Ferguson. As Chief Credit Officer, Chris is over both the SRS and Heritage groups. He is responsible for the extension of credit, collection of the A/R, DSO and bad debt performances, cash application, and customer set up functions. Before SRS, Chris went through the MIT program at Ferguson. He had various management roles in credit across the country before becoming the Director of Credit Management at Ferguson. In his tenure with Ferguson, Chris saw the company grow from $5 billion to a $17 billion publically traded company. This insight gave Chris the experience in turning Credit and Financial departments into a competitive advantage that leverages technology and leadership for better performance.

Dan R. Tinker has twenty-six years of building products distribution industry operating experience as well as significant experience in acquisitions, strategic planning, sales and marketing and asset management. Mr. Tinker has a consistent track record of increasing shareholder value for both private equity and public corporations. He is known for developing strong relationships with suppliers, customers and employees. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Rice University. Under his leadership, SRS has opened over 180 new greenfield locations and acquired 118 companies in the last fourteen+ years. SRS is now one of the largest building products distributors in the nation and has over 600 locations in 44 states. SRS sold to Leonard Green & Partners from Berkshire Partners in 2018. Mr. Tinker also serves on the board of directors of SRS, is a board of trustee for the Roofing Alliance for Progress, and a member of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. He serves on the board of two non-profits including The One Tribe Foundation, which is aimed at ending veteran suicide, and he is also the President of the SRS Raise the Roof Foundation which has raised over $15 Million in the past ten years to benefit wounded veterans, people impacted by weather related disasters and other community needs. He started his career in 1996 with Cameron Ashley Building Products as a management trainee, then moved on to Branch Manager in 1997, taking over the worst branch in the company out of 165 locations and in one year turned it into the branch of the year for the entire company. He moved on to district manager, then regional manager. In 2000 he joined MMI Products in Houston, Texas as the VP of Sales and Marketing, and in 2002 moved on to become the VP of Western Operations covering manufacturing and distribution. In 2004, he left MMI to become the President of Shelter Distribution where he served until being acquired in 2005 by Beacon Roofing Supply. In 2008 he joined SRS as COO, where he served for 7 years, then became President in 2015, and then CEO in 2017.

Prior to joining Heritage PS, Dave was a Group Vice President for Poolcorp a NASDAQ company in which he had multiple responsibilities over his career including field management, acquisitions and greenfield openings as well as recruitment, corporate sourcing/purchasing, sales and marketing, training and national account management. During his time there, Poolcorp grew from a small regional distributor with sales approximately $15.0 million to over $6.0 billion. Over the years Dave has developed many people to grow into management roles leading to their personal success and that of the company. Prior to joining SRS Distribution in 2015, Jeremy Goldschmeding had been in the banking industry for 3 years, in part focused on various transactions in the construction industry. He has held various roles in Finance & Operations, most recently serving as SVP for the Southeast Division of Building Products. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Goldschmeding served as the Director of Construction for Dallas Baptist University, leading the development of multi-family student housing apartment complexes and various site expansion projects. Mr. Goldschmeding has strong family ties to the building materials distribution industry through multi-generational experience within the exterior building products market. Previous to construction, Mr. Goldschmeding also spent a season in professional baseball in the Washington Nationals minor league system before graduating from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Pat currently holds the position of Executive Vice President for the West Region. He started his career in the roofing industry 33 years ago as a Territory Manager for GS Roofing Products in the Bay Area of Northern California. After 5 years of continual growth, he had developed his territory as one of the top producers in the West. At this point, Pat was promoted to Regional Manager and moved his family to Chicago to assume responsibility of the Midwest Region. Faced with the challenge of turning around a region that was underperforming for 5 years, and losing money, he was able to increase sales by 550% in 5 years while becoming one of the most profitable regions for the company. In 1999, Certainteed acquired GS Roofing Products and Pat was asked to lead the newly formed NW Region. Moving once again, he packed up his family and moved to the Portland, Oregon area. Because Certainteed was an unknown, it created new challenges, which included launching a new brand and new products in the West. After a year, Certainteed acquired Celotex and he and his team enjoyed record sales over the next 4 and a half years while gaining significant market share. In 2004, Pat made the decision to leave manufacturing and joined Stoneway Roofing Supply as Vice President of Sales. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping turn around the Portland Branch that was losing money every year. After 3 years, Portland became the top producing branch in the Stoneway family. In 2008, Stoneway Roofing Supply was the 5 th acquisition of the newly formed SRS Distribution Company. Pat began his SRS journey as a District Manager for the newly acquired Roofline Supply in Oregon, and 6 months later was promoted to RVP of the Northwest. Pat has continued along the path, and currently oversees 100+ branches in the West Region.

Paul is a seasoned operator with more than 36 years of experience within the roofing distribution and manufacturing industry, including a strong background in sales, strategic planning, and acquisition integration. He joined SRS in 2010 and took on the responsibility for growing the Northeast Region until 2018. Under his leadership, the Northeast Region grew from its first acquisition of Pace Supply in 2010 with four locations to over 70 locations before moving into the SVP role in 2018 for the East Region. Over the past four years the East region has grown to over 170 branches and over $2. Prior to joining the SRS team in 2010, Paul was a Partner/Owner of Morris Ginsberg & Sons, a roofing distributor with three locations in Virginia and Maryland, which was acquired by N.B. Handy Company in 2007. Prior to joining forces with Red Diamond Capital to acquire Morris Ginsberg & Sons in 2003, Paul held the position of Vice President/General Manager of The Roof Center, a roofing distributor with eighteen locations across the Mid-Atlantic region, which was acquired by Beacon Roofing Supply in 2001. Paul began his career working in sales and sales management with leading roofing manufacturers, including TAMKO Building Products, a family-owned and operated manufacturer of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories headquartered in Joplin, Missouri.
