The first property acquired was an eleven acre tract in Brazoria County bordering Freindswood and Pearland. Phase one of the development was completed in 2012 when a twenty-six horse stall barn was completely renovated and is operated as a horse care facility. Part of this property had a house located on it that was originally built in 1975. After leasing it out over the years, in 2016 we renovated that property and began leasing it out for independent living of seniors.
