I am a breathwork coach, yoga teacher, author and graphic designer. I believe that at the heart of teaching is curiosity of learning itself, with an open enquiring mind essential for growth, understanding and gathering of new skills. I collaborate with like-minded teachers and body movement specialists such as physios and yoga therapists to exchange knowledge and skills to pass on to my students... I offer a slow flow style of vinyasa yoga, functional breathing and movement which originates from learning and a listening within, tuning into what the body is ‘telling' us... Connecting with the breath and linking in the movement is a powerful way to connect with our body and bring about a calming state of mind.
