Mercy Zayas has been active as a commercial real estate broker for over ten years. She has worked with commercial, retail and industrial real estate firms national and international such as Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, Binswanger Puerto Rico, Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, Sembler Company, and Trammel Crow Company and with the local firm of Christiansen & Portela. Mercy Zayas completed a Bachelor Degree and postgraduate studies in Marketing at Inter American University. She is currently pursuing the title of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Management) and is a member of the CCIM Institute. Prior to her involvement in commercial real estate, she was active in retail operations and worked as mortgage lender for over fifteen years.
