B. Todi

Job Titles:
  • Account Director and Strategist
Boudicca Todi, who simply goes by Todi, is a vibrant and strategic creative professional with 15+ years' experience in the creative industry, theater and music in SF, LA, Boston and NYC. At Tesser 2010-2019, Todi was the account strategist for the global flagship program traveling to Japan, Brazil, Amsterdam and, of course Burlington, Vermont for unique and wonderful scoop shops. Todi collaborated on the design adaptation programs from US to International prototypes for Wendy's, Popeyes and Chili's. As a key member of the client services team, she oversaw the entire process "soup to nuts" on many key accounts such as Denny's, Jersey Mike's, Sonic, Quiznos, Sheetz and FMI. At Tesser, she led the digital display and information/content storyboarding for menu system projects. Prior to Tesser, Todi served as Marketing Director to Dark Garden for a year in 2009, and every year since then envisions and directs the theatrical fashion show for each new collection. For fun, Todi is the volunteer director for the Art Deco Society of California, and a founding board member and social media maven for Fresh Air Vallejo. Todi holds her MFA from Yale and BA from SFSU.

Brent White

Brent is a seasoned and thoughtful designer who is passionate about spatial experiences, innovative environments and the well-crafted details that make them rich and meaningful. He takes pride in the positive impact and delighted smiles these spaces and experiences draw from the people who encounter them. During over two decades in the Design industry, he has designed meaningful experiences across a wide range of industries, including: Branded Environments, Restaurant, Furniture, and Interpretive Museums- for clients such as Noah's Bagels, Philz Coffee, Denny's, Jersey Mike's, Wendy's, Ruby Tuesday, Ben & Jerry's, Bojangles, Auntie Anne's, Popeyes International, Stong's, Papa Murphy's, and the Grocery Store of the Future for the Food Marketing Institute. He holds an MFA in 3D Design from Cranbrook, and he has lived in Texas, Boston, London, Detroit, and San Francisco. He enjoys braving the bike lanes of San Francisco, hiking Mount Tam, and building experimental lighting & furniture in his workshop. His award-winning furniture "species" have been published and exhibited internationally.

Dana Zipser

Dana brings 20 years of business development, marketing and client services expertise in the branding and design industries. She has worked for large global agencies to boutique size firms and everything in between. She has serviced start-ups, mid-size organizations and fortune 500 accounts and her previous clients include, Spoke Software, Odwalla, Adidas, Future Dial, and Carlson Hotels . In her most recent role at Tesser she brought in and maintained client relationships for brands including, Sheetz, Quiznos, Jersey Mike's, Cost Plus World Market, Bojangles', Sonic, Del Taco, Auntie Anne's, Popeyes, Chuck E. Cheese's, Kroger and Philz Coffee. Dana has a BA in Media Arts from the University of Arizona and an emphasis in creative writing.

Itay Kapitulnik

With a passion for clean design and a love of storytelling, Itay brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of brand to consumer engagement through design. A graduate of Academy of Art in San Francisco, Itay brings over 15 years of Graphic Design experience to the table. As a former Brand Communications Designer at Tesser, Itay was an integral part of design campaigns for companies such as Ben & Jerry's, Chuck E. Cheese, Jersey Mike's Subs, Noah's Bagels, and Sonic among others. Throughout his career, he has created engaging ad campaigns for mega brands Red Bull and Monster Energy to creating inspired packaging for artisan food producers and California wine makers to his time at Mattel designing award-winning packaging for the Barbie brand.

James Sundstad

James Sundstad has over 35 years of experience as a creative director, brand strategist, store designer and project manager. His international projects in brand creation, restaurant, retail design development and branded architecture have helped set the course for some of today's most successful retail brands. James has focused his career on branding and telling the brand's story through the environmental experience. He has created customer experiences various categories of retail, including Hospitality, Fashion Retail, Convenience Store, Grocery Store, Drug Store, Quick-Serve Restaurant and high-end Culinary Design. With experience in the US, UK, EU, UAE and Asia, James's philosophy of removing the barriers between branding, architecture and build, is a methodology he has perfected in bringing countless concepts to market. His client experience includes Starbucks, Target, BP, WaWa, Panera Bread Company, Buffalo Wild Wings, Whole Foods, AM/PM, Amazon, Chipotle and many others.

Kelli Peterson - Chief Strategy Officer

Kelli has over 25 years of brand strategy, business development and marketing experience for Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Xbox, Target, NBA, Nike, Levi's, Nestle, Red Bull, HP, Yahoo, Wells Fargo, Kimpton Hotels and many more. She has held senior positions with San Francisco's Sterling Brands, Cheskin Added-Value, MarketSource, The Wilkinson Group and Highway One, and more recently built an independent client base and agency network spanning technology, restaurant, hospitality, education, healthcare, social impact and more. She is an experienced moderator and has worked building brand and design strategy to life most recently with this team for Sheetz, Quiznos, the Cotton Patch Café, Raising Cain's, and Quaker Steak and Lube. She teaches brand workshops at General Assembly has her BA in Communications from UC San Diego.
