WORKNOW is a coalition of organizations that collaborate to place, retain, and advance workers in the construction industry. Our collaborative came together because of a shared commitment to helping people find and keep good construction jobs that build high-wage careers and helping employers hire local talent... WORKNOW understands there are obstacles to employment, and navigators in metro Denver resource and training organizations are ready to help... The partners of WORKNOW expand awareness of construction paths as great careers, including skilled trades, office and professional services, and business ownership. Through peer mentors from the construction industry, we recruit and connect people to opportunities with community and industry training partners to support construction career goals.
