The YWCA Retirement Fund, Inc. is a New York State not-for-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Fund sponsors the YWCA Retirement Plan (the "Plan"), which is qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code and is governed by ERISA.
