Having grown up in the Welshpool area Adam has been working for McCartneys since 2015 with almost 10 years of experience in property sales. He has a real passion for perfection when presenting a property ensuring his clients sell their home for the maximum possible value. Adam is also a qualified mortgage advisor and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, watching football and taking his spaniel Mabel for long countryside walks.

Ben has recently joined Phipps and Pritchard at the beginning of March 2024 but has quickly found his footing as a sales negotiator. With 5 years of experience in the property sector and coming from a mortgage advisor background he is more than able to helpwith any questions you may have regarding our properties. Chloe joined in 2021 in the heights of the crazy market and was truly thrown in the deep end having never worked in Property previously. She quickly immersed herself in her responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with her exceptional customer service skills and her ability to juggle various tasks seamlessly. Her roles include covering the reception, managing the viewing representatives diaries, booking viewings, buyers visits and arranging the market appraisals and instruction appointments for the listers. Chloe will follow up with the viewers to gain feedback and will be one of the team you speak to when negotiating offers on our properties. With a keen focus on building strong relationships, Chloe maintains open communication with both vendors and buyers, fostering trust and understanding. Chloe is currently undertaking her NAEA level 3 in Residential Sales which just shows her dedication to progressing her role in property and within Phipps and Pritchard. In her free time Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching live music and enjoying the odd cocktail or 2!
Clive joined McCartneys in 1984 from Leamington Spa based Pedigree Livestock auctioneers, John Thornborrow & Co. It was at this time that McCartneys took over Worcester Market where Clive has been based ever since. He has seen the market move out of Worcester City Centre to an excellent location adjacent to the M5 motorway.
He has previously been responsible for the day to day running of Worcester, as well as seasonal pedigree sales at Brecon and other venues throughout the Country.
He joined the full partnership in 1989 and has been largely responsible for the increase in Society pedigree sales for most of the cattle and sheep breed societies, several of these breeds having national sales at Worcester or Brecon.
In 2019 he was privileged to receive a "Lifetime Achievement Award at the National Farming Awards.
In 2021 he stood down as a partner and Chairman of the firm and now acts as a Consultant still being involved in Worcester market, Farm Sales, Valuation Work and Rural professional matters.
He is a Monitor Valuer for the Welsh Assembly Government to oversee TB Valuations throughout Wales.
Over the years he has been privileged to judge cattle and sheep classes at most County Shows, in fact judging, at the Royal Welsh and the Royal Show on three occasions. Other connections with the livestock sector includes Chairing the NBA Beef Expo committee at the Three Counties Showground, at Malvern and he is also Chairman of Council of the Three Counties Agricultural Society.
His "good looks" have been moulded by a rugby career that took him to County level and he dines out on the fact that he was "the best back row forward never to play for England" (as quoted by an ex England International)!
Apart from his involvement in country sports Clive is keen on genealogy with a family tree tracing back to 1532 - in his words "plenty of history but not much money".
Danielle started her career in estate agency when she joined McCartneys in 2017 after finishing sixth form. Since then she has become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
Danielle mainly specialises in residential sales and operates the Fine & Country brand throughout Mid Wales. In 2022 Danielle was delighted to be made office manager of the Welshpool office and hopes to continue the success the office has had over recent years alongside the rest of the Welshpool team.
Having always lived locally, Danielle has an excellent knowledge of the area. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym and getting out in the countryside.

Darren graduated from the University of West of England in the mid 1990's with an honours degree in estate management and soon after took up employment in estate agency with McCartneys. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 he was given the opportunity of running his own estate agency office in Brecon following the merger between Jones Brothers and McCartneys and soon grew the business into one of the most successful agency offices in the town. After a brief spell working for another estate agency company on the Powys/ Herefordshire borders Darren returned to McCartneys to continue his hard work and build on his reputation for delivering a reliable and enthusiastic approach to agency. Darren is also a registered valuer with the RICS and undertakes a range of professional services from matrimonial valuation to taxation issues.
Darren is married with two daughters and lives on a smallholding close to Brecon. Although having limited time for outside interests he does enjoy shooting and the occasional round of golf.
