Holly joined CATCH as an apprentice in 2014. During her 6 years here she has experienced different roles as she has progressed within the business, gaining vital experience, knowledge and skills.
Hollys role as the CATCH Skills Account Manager has overall responsibility for working with clients to fulfil their training and competency requirements. Holly leads on client communication and keeps our customers up to date regularly with our course portfolio. Holly has an excellent record of maintaining and building relationships with a large number of companies to ensure CATCH Skills is a market leader as a technical training provider in the process manufacturing, engineering and energy industries.
Holly is a real people person and is always happy to help with whatever may come her way!

Lesley has a wide range of skills learnt throughout her long career in finance and general administration. She started with Humber Client Contractor Training Association (Impress) in 2004 and quickly became involved with the development of CATCH and was one of the first two original members of staff when it opened in 2006. She was also involved in the merger with Humber Chemical Focus when the companies joined forces to become HCF CATCH Ltd. She has seen many changes since the site has grown and has worked in most departments as the company has evolved, i.e. Accounts, Reception, Room Hire, Events, Concom, Operations including assisting with the legal requirements for contracts and now has overall responsibility for HR and recruitment for the site. Lesley was involved in the site receiving the initial accreditation for ISO 9001 and continues to be involved in the quality side of the business. Lesley is also secretariat for the Humber Bank Engineering Management Forum (HEMF) and the Humber HR Leaders Forum. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with the Clients, Suppliers and also the Tenants in the Technical Training Centre where she is based. Usually whenever there is a job to be done and no one knows who to give it to - it comes winging her way!

Lisa, has over 12 years experience of working with the chemical, process and renewable industries. Formally of YCF (Yorkshire Chemical Focus) Lisa worked as their operations manager, leading and growing the membership business across the Yorkshire region.
Once the merger with CATCH completed, Lisa now leads the marketing and communications strategy across the business, telling the CATCH story through a variety of mediums and channels. Leading on projects and initiatives, whilst being fully involved with wider team activities. Lisa is keen to see the CATCH brand grow and works with stakeholders across the industry to raise awareness of CATCH products and services. Lisa not only delivers the strategy but is also our in house graphic designer, website developer, videographer, photographer and copywriter! Lisa also looks after the Yorkshire arm of the CATCH membership including the Yorkshire Membership Networks - HR Managers and Skills, Apprenticeship and Competency.
Lisa works at home in Huddersfield, a dog lovers and mum to twin daughters!

The bedrock of CATCH, our membership department delivers networks (supported by the wider catch team) events, projects and services for our client and supply chain members. . Our stakeholder engagement activities ensures that the CATCH brand remains visible and protected. Since 2021 this team has been working on The Humber Industrial Cluster Plan, in partnership with the HEY LEP and Industrial partners.

I have over 40 years' experience in production and Manufacturing having first started out as an apprentice with Fenners at Marfleet in Hull and obtaining ONC and HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity, to experience and work in many of the different divisions and locations of the group, enabling me to have an excellent grounding in not only my own trade but from shop floor to higher management and customer facing teams.
The last year of my apprenticeship was spent at Fenamec in Hull which was the Conveyor, Automation and Controls Division of the Group supplying conveyor systems to airports and many of the blue chip companies around the UK and the world. I spent the next nine years there, first as a Controls Engineer then as Senior Controls Engineer. The role was varied and consisted of preparing and presenting quotations, to designing, building programming and commissioning systems. It gave me the opportunity to travel extensively and to meet and work alongside different people something I have always enjoyed doing.
Our management team works closely with our SLT to deliver the CATCH objectives and manage the day-to-day operations of the CATCH Business.
